I don't think the ball is fully over the line.

It's always noisiest at the shallow end

Bit lucky but how an official can call that one way or another in real time, i really don't know.

Ball doesn't have to be fully over the line, does it? Only touching or marginally overhanging. Hard to really tell from that angle anyway.

My first reaction was that he got away with it. Let’s just put it this way… if he got called for the foul, it would have been hard to argue.

We were laughing at the other end, looked ridiculously blatant. Replays aren't quite as clear cut.

Very lucky from where I was standing.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Well, what's the worse thing that could have happened? Free kick on the edge of the box, and maybe a yellow card? Hardly a disaster.

Thought it was a mandatory red for handling outside the area - Pinner?

Got away with one there piss balling around trying to beat their striker.

Loved the "He does what he wants" chant - perfect wind up to the Wurzels...

Can we go out yet?

On the line is in the box. Terrific goalkeeping.

The save from the header at 0-0 was sublime.

That shot does look incriminattng, granted, but the offside goal was a goal, and that's obviously far worse. Plus ca change in any event when it comes to Champ officiating, which really degrades the product.

All good players push the envelope. Occasionally they get caught, other times they get away with it. I love the way Seny pushes it, but never glues it shut. It's who he is.

I think he's bloody lucky to be starting.

It's not that Dieng hasn't looked like scoring in the last eight games or so, it's the fact that he hasn't had one shot on target!

Dykes must be absolutely seething at being dropped while our non-scoring keeper still gets selected.

I dont know what he's got on Beale, but there's more chance of Southgate leaving Maguire out than Beale doing the needful with shot-shy-Seny.

And to think he was joint leading goal scorer in august.

Hands aren’t on the ball there and that extra nano second takes it further in

+ zoom in and look at the shadow on the floor - it’s across the line. With all floodlights on the light
Is fairly neutral and doesn’t influence that shadow

But I must say that looks closer than it did on the replay.

No, common misconception.

'Only' 7 red card offences and that isn't one of them.

Has to be denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity to be a red.

Haven't seen it yet, so can't give an opinion on that aspect.

Any part of the ball on or above any part of the line is no handball btw.

I think it would have had to be a red. Without him picking it up it's just Wells, the ball and the goal.
