Thanks for the long service Ossie: always felt he put in 100% effort annd commitment and was a decent option on the bench as he could cover three positions. Think he would do well at League One level: his positioning and lack of ability going forward was not good enough at Championship level though. |  | | |

Regardless of his playing ability (and he’s been nowhere near as bad as some have claimed) he’s a top man.
My mate’s kids are pupils at the same school he went to (in Willesden) and they tell me that he’s over there quite a lot, whenever they have an award presentation or similar he’s there.

Showed the type of man he is by never hiding, or crying off when times were tough.
The difference in his attitude compared to the likes of Roberts and Laird should be shown as an example to any future Rangers players.

I’d say he had a handful of decent games for us but only ever really looked comfortable playing as the third man on the right of 3 centre backs. As others have said he was always 100% but just came up short positionally etc

Do people mean by the wages it would have saved or loan fee? I don’t think what a Scottish Championship team would have been able to pay would have made much of a difference. | | | |
