A thousand or two and they only need a few stewards and staff and a couple of local bobbies to keep an eye on safety as SAR wouldn't be closed to traffic.
Now the numbers are at a point where more parts of the ground are open, more costs, more police and I guess the road closed. With free tickets and no income, I'd imagine this has given them a bit of a headache. | | | |
