Ben Lloyd may benefit from league one experience over a season.

I can see Parker and Lloyd going out on loan this season.

Yeah. It's clear that Sheehan doesn't rate him, but Williams didn't use him properly at all. Very intelligent runner for passes that never came for much of the season. One that may go on and do well elsewhere IMO.

I think we may look to reach a severance agreement Tjoe a On. He missed 136 days with a knee injury in his first season with us and last season 112 days with a knee injury, I think he has played under half a dozen games in 2 years. I think we will try to do the same with Ginnelly. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

It’s a shame about Ginnelly. I’ve liked the look of him on the rare occasions he’s been fit.

If you buy a slew of players at 21-22 with potential, some will deliver immediately and some will not. Piroe was immediate. Even Tymon needed a settling in period..

Piroe was touch and go in the beginning. If his father hadn't taken him aside and given him a few home truths it could have turned out so differently. [Post edited 21 May 20:36]

I hope the club put their best foot forward and get him off our books ASAP
Florian Bianchini on 22:07 - May 21 with 2693 views | bakajack | Criminally misused by Williams, his best performances when he first joined us were on the right wing where he showed that he had plenty of pace and could bend in a mean cross low and fast between the defenders and the keeper. After those promising performances he was then used as a second (or sometimes even third) choice striker when we had been screaming out for pace and creativity on the wing. Whether that hit his confidence and then Sheehan had his settled first choices in Eom on the left and Ronald on the right is anyone's guess, but with Issouna almost certainly going to be first choice on the left and Eom moved into the hole in the number 10 role that leaves Parker, Ronald and Bianchini all competing for one space on the right wing.
Florian Bianchini on 22:18 - May 21 with 2661 views | Dr_Winston | Honestly I've seen nothing in Parker so far to suggest that he's up to playing Championship football. Early days no doubt, but he needs regular games somewhere. I like Ronald, but he needs to be less certain of his place. My one big criticism of Sheehan so far is that he played too many minutes in too many games when he wasn't playing all that well, and Bianchini should have had more of an opportunity.

Inoussa will be vying for that right wing spot so time for Ronaldo to step up and become the player we all hope he can be (consistently).

I think he was better than a lot of people credit him for last season, but I don't like it when certain players appear to be "untouchable" in the managers eyes. Grimes was another example of that. If someone isn't playing well then others should get a chance. Bianchini got very few.

Florian Bianchini on 11:28 - May 22 with 2091 views | ReslovenSwan1 | I have a lot of faith in Parker. He is very quick and strong and a good football brain. All he needs to do is play regularly. He will then be a auto pick pressing Key or Ronald.

For me Key and Ronald haven't quite clicked as a pairing on that right hand side but I do think that is more down to the playing style we have been asked to play, it seems they have been a lot better when we get the ball out quick to Ronald meaning he can try one on one on the isolated full back,if his pathway is blocked by say a good fullback or players doubling up on him, then with Key coming onto rhe ball or going beyond Ronald we would and have looked more threatening down the right. We have seen both Parker and Bianchini being given slow ball and expecting them to conjure up a piece of magic to beat good championship defenders. You could say that Peart-Harris finally got the ball moving quickly in front of himself and others and caused defenders problems just getting the ball in early in behind defenders and having a bit of pace to capitalise on it making a big difference to how threatening a team appears.

I have to say, from those who’ve come up from the academy in the last few years, he’s looked the most capable at Championship level. We haven’t seen much of him though, due to injury then not being able to displace either of those two. If we can get cover on at right back, he’s one I’d like to see play 30 games on loan somewhere, then come back the following season.
