Think Mykola was a missed opportunity at Swansea for both the player and Swansea FC, I think there is a solid centreforward in him, don't know the ins and outs of the issues with him under the various managers but it did seem as I he did get good game time with Hibs even though there were a couple of good seasoned forwards in his team keeping him out initially biy later in the season there other up and coming youngsters that he seemed to compliment. | | | |

I can only assume something wasn't right behind the scenes.
Was a strange signing as not prolific for any team and didn't seem to fit the way we were looking to play. Manager and recruitment not in sync? Maybe ok for the last 10 mins when behind and throwing the kitchen sink at the opposition. | | | |

Not good enough, not following managers orders or could it be he had the same problems that Vigouroux confessed to?
We had a number of managers who tried to employ styles of football which didn't get the best of the players we had and the managers couldn't coach some of those players or adapt the team to suit their skill sets. [Post edited 18 Jun 19:01]

It’s relative. Whittaker is doing far worse than he should be given his ability.
Ballotelli had an incredible career by 99% of pro’s standards, he still flopped massively compared to what he should have achieved.
Whether the same happens to Kukharevych remains to be seen. Anyone who is going to throw it back at the club if he sorts himself out in the future needs to call it now, before the hindsight. | | | |

A while back I saw some analysis on successes and failures from recruitment where fees were paid in the Premier League. What I remember is that 50 percent success is about as good as it gets and of course 50 percent failure!

He looked a real powerhouse to me when I saw a few cameos and him in action for Hibs. He scored a spectacular header v Millwall.
However this is not much use of his ball control and movement is not up to scratch. The coaches have concluded there's too any weaknesses to have to develop presumably. The highly rated coach at Hibs did not make an offer it seems | |
