The twitter kids talking up some sort of Taylor Richards redemption arc is genuinely staggering. The quicker he fvcks off out the club, the better. Especially given they all love to dig out Paul Smyth, who is desperate to turn up and play for the club, running himself into the ground every week.

I was more referring more to his previous few seasons and in the City dev team where he really looked like a special talent. The kid has had a lot of personal troubles to deal with and the club have been beyond caring with his welfare. You kind of hope (or at least I do) that he comes out of the fog he's been in and finds his love of the game again. And his love of life, which has clearly eluded him for some time.

Serious question regarding loans for players... Who actually drives them - do the club seek other teams to loan their players, or do the players agents offer them out? Or is it a case of the club telling the player they are making them available for a loan, and then the agent goes and approaches other clubs....??

I think he got an enhanced contract when Marti did so they probably have to reach some form of agreement with him too if they want him to leave, which you would probably assume is the case now we have other arrivals in similar roles.
Can’t announce that until both parties have signed and NDAs are tied up so we will never find out what actually happened.

If it's a youngster and a development loan, the club will try and find a club that plays the same sort of style if possible. Can they get guaranteed football, a good environment, who pays wages etc etc. I have no idea regarding older players.

I assume a good example of that would have been the Kelman/Wellens/Orient scenario last season - same system, london club etc.... Probably not so much in the Tyler Richards situation - maybe that was just a desperate attempt to get him anywhere but W12. Would love to see Lloyd follow in Kelman's shoes.

Lloyd has been conspicuous by his absence in the pics and video. He did have a groin injury at the end of the season or perhaps he's already gone out on loan and we're yet to be told about it.

It's a crying shame they never did that with Amrit Bansul-McNulty. Such promise and all ruined at Crawley.
