Big Stan Bowles flag spotted at the front for Alanis Morissette.

Not the best lineup this year but looking forwards to Rod, Prodigy and Kneecap should be interesting.

Meh is right ! Fair play to a band if they can’t take one song and stretch it to 5 albums.
Still they try hard and people seem to like them .

Didn't watch Alanis because the Mrs and me are going to see her in Lytham next Friday.
Last time I saw her was at Shepherds Bush Empire 29 years ago!!

So far I've not seen that much of the footage, but I thought English Teacher were really good.

First time I went in was before the TV cameras turned up (and ruined it!)

In later years, if you know where to look I can be spotted in some of the footage that gets re-shown now and again.

Not my cup of tea but great to see a guitar band headlining that isn’t over 60 .
Not enough of them these days.

I'm not a fan of them but when they invest 4 times their fee in the stage show you have to say fair play. Even though their songs are genuinely underwhelming.

They spent 2023 and 2024 doing over 150 arena shows around the world so pretty unarguable that they’re a world class outfit.

I was there for those years too - 89, 94 and 95 had glorious weather, 97 and 98 were muddy hell

I went in 1997. It pissed down solid for three days. left with trench foot, Consumption and Scarlet fever .

Best thing was the Orb, Chemical brothers , Nick Lowe and the absence of Owen Jones preaching the spoken word from a goat hair bedouin tent .

Don't need no politicians to tell me things I shouldn't be, Neither no opticians to tell me what I oughta see.
