New Away shirt 11:55 - Jul 10 with 4939 viewsmikeygunn

So many easter eggs from the media team, Nardi holiday picture, in the background in the Poki interview and Jimmys vlog. I’ll bet (if I had it) a million pounds on the green and white hoops.

I think we will have green and white as a third kit and the away kit will be something darker so there’s a contrast between home and away.

It's the pink one, isn't it?

I had someone send me a picture of Sebastien Polter in the blue and black hooped Dryworld kit, asking if it was our new away strip. Didn't really have his finger on the pulse.

I didn't hate the pink one as much as most people, got my daughter over the line in being a QPR fan that she was allowed to wear a pink shirt. Better than that green and yellow one or the green and black hoops.

Once a decade is just fine though thanks.

That was a great shirt though, tbf.

I think it may be green and white hoops as that seems to have been in the background of quite a few interviews recently.

Either that or is is another gold off the shoulder number.

Never knowingly right.

All the Dryworld kits were lovely. Shame they went bust.

And I didn't mind the pink away kit so much either.

The Dryworld designs were very good. I don't think the replicas were very well made from what I hear but they understood the QPR brand.

I still have my Dryworld kit and play with it at 5 aside - still holds up, no issues. I also had some of the training gear which was decent IMO - better than some of the cheap Nike crap you get.

Just give me hoops on the thing.

Also have my dryworld black and blue hoops, which I wear most weekends to play footy.. people always ask about it out in Brazil.. one of my favorites, and apart from the SMARKETS sponsor having peeled off it is in perfect condition.

I agree with this - I know we've had some nice non-hooped shirts but I think every kit should have hoops as they're so essential to our identiy.

You could post on here for the next 10 years and would struggle to better this post!

However, if I may raise just one caveat to the 'always' Hoops requirement: The Caterham green and yellow...it's a hard no from me.

My favourite home kit of recent memory was the 21/22, with the yellow trim and watermark in the hoops. Still kicking myself that I didn't get one.

On the last point, I've got no issue with going away from hoops for the away kits. Some of best away kits of recent memory (21/22 black and the Dom Ball v Cardiff 3rd kit) have been non-hooped. Otherwise it just becomes a bit repetitive. Need a good Dennis the Menace every few years though.

Copybet on the front again.

Not going to moan as every penny counts however it would be nice to have a sponsor other than gambling company.

By the way I've been saying that one of the kits is going to be green and white hoops for the past month or so on Twitter.

Exactly right. The only non-hooped shirts which are "proper QPR" are the plain white with blue shorts or the halved shirts (red-white or Oxford/Cambridge blue.)

I don't mind pin-stripe hoops if you really must (the 95-96 navy blue with white pin-stripe hoops was decent apart from the badge in the middle; if you want to do pink, I'd do that with maybe black pinstripes).

Liquorice Allsort.
Who the f*ck comes up with these and what is the thinking behind it?
Surely a football shirt in modern times has one purpose above all the others, to appeal to the customer.
It's not the worst by a long stretch but it's also not one I'd want to buy.

I think it looks alright to be fair.

At the very least patterned strips (whether its hoops, stripes, halves, quarters, a single hoop in the middle, a stripe down the middle, diags across them...) are a million times better than plain kits which to be quite frank are boring AF.

OMG what a horrible away kit IMHO. Makes us look weak! We should just go with All Black.

I’ve just lost a made up million pounds. How am I going to explain this to the bird?
