SFC Ticketing Site 09:42 - Jul 16 with 981 views | Buggalugs | Changed it again and even w@nker that before. Had a right hassle getting Northampton tickets just now....kept erroring. Also charging a quid for delivery now on top of the £1.50 booking fee. Cvnts.

Tried calling but was number 58 in the queue, then the website suddenly started working. It's genuinely impressive how they can make it worse at the start of every season

It’s the Sports Republic way. A mate of mine had a season ticket query. Joined the telephone queue at number three hundred and something, waited patiently until the high thirties and the line then went dead. He went to what’s laughingly called the home ticket office ( a portable cabin in one of the car parks ) and was told that the line going dead was out of the Clubs control. The guy in the cabin was very helpful and sorted the problem but honestly should it have been necessary for my mate to make a sixty mile trip to the ground ?

There were 2 options when I finally got to the checkout; one was a tick box saying £0.00 delivery charge on away tickets, but when I selected that it wouldn't let me checkout, so I selected the other tick box which said £1.00 delivery and it went through fine.

Just checked, and I was charged the £1 postage fee. I don't mind if the tickets are actually going to turn up in plenty of time before the game. There is a cost of posting, and I guess it's fair enough the club recover that. The booking fee applied to each ticket is obviously just a ruse. Why did they change the system? I didn't think it was actually that bad before. Almost sounds like changing something for the sake of it.

Knowing who they outsource it too and how much they charge them to look after it i think most people would be seriously shocked at the cost of the ticket site/system given how sh*t it is
SFC Ticketing Site on 21:01 - Jul 16 with 463 views | Southamptonfan | They (SR) have ADHD. Changing the food, changing the beers every year, changing the manager every few months, changing the ticketing system, changing where the ticket office is, changing where the away fans are, changing the menu in the Dell bar within a few months of opening, changing the times that the club store opens, changing the sponsors, changing the shirts, changing the players every season and mostly it's for the worst. Seems to me like they are spending all their time changing every thing, apart from the fortunes on the pitch. Although the seats are still covered in cobwebs and the stadium roof when you look up, looks like a world war two shelter. Yet we still have Bazunu in goal and Stephens at the back. Me neither, I got me and my mates as always and found it easier than last season. However I was in less of a rush than I normally am
