What ever next? A theme park at St Mary's? on 23:00 - Aug 11 by PatfromPoole | Good. Hopefully people will start using the pubs more. |
Absolutely Pat. I don’t drink alcohol anymore but if I did I certainly wouldn’t pay £7.30 for a pint of beer. Unlike years gone by when if you arrived late at The Dell you could be locked out, your reserved seat is there for you so no need to rush. Support the local pubs, take a leisurely stroll to the stadium. Do without a drink at half time, stroll back to the pub have another drink and save money. What’s not to like.

What ever next? A theme park at St Mary's? on 17:21 - Aug 11 by PatfromPoole | Make up your own punchline…. In all seriousness, I struggle to see this being a profitable venture, and I imagine Megastore staff who have had their hours reduced (due to being shut a few days per week) will be looking at this with raised eyebrows. |
"Send in the Clowns". Ooh, my mistake we've already got them in the shape of SR.

The americans build and run these places and that site right next to thousands of car spaces, train et all is perfect. Last i heard they still were looking at wanting flats !

What ever next? A theme park at St Mary's? on 21:23 - Aug 11 by 1885_SFC | I won't be happy until they put access to the roof of the stadium & construct a huge water slide that pops out right on the centre circle. Lend me your budgie smugglers Nick... |
Looks like Fulham have been thinking along the same lines - they now have a swimming pool on the roof of the newly redeveloped main stand, honestly they do! You can borrow Nick’s budgie smugglers if we get Fulham away in the cup 🙂 https://www.skysports.com/football/video/19548/13102850/revealed-fulhams-plan-to [Post edited 12 Aug 16:32]

Swimming pool and someone said water slides. Then Saints can sell Saints swimming shorts, Saints goggles, Saints surfboards and there would surely be a poolside bar and grill. So who here would go swimming before and after games? Who are the show offs with the six packs? [Post edited 12 Aug 15:35]
