That's the thing, coaching is a skill in of it itself. Just being able to do something doesn't mean you're good at telling others how to do it.
Les was a great striker, but he'd also been a coach at Spurs for 6 years before joining us. And I adore Charlie, but I'm not sure he's in the world class bracket |  | | |
