Owners OUT, Nourry OUT 15:38 - Aug 23 with 4898 views | The_Beast1976 | NOW. Each as clueless as the other. Taking the club even further backwards. Marti was bang on (and got put on gardening leave (aka sacked) presumably for continually calling Nourry out for precisely what he is) [Post edited 23 Aug 16:03]

With a totally out of his depth CEO/DOF with a god complex. And an absent owner who has zero football sence. They are all totally out of their depth. The past two seasons were saved by MS. He simply delayed the inevitable With these jokers in charge we are doomed for sure | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Don't care. They're taking the club downwards anyway. They need to go, irrespective of the finances.
Owners OUT, Nourry OUT on 16:46 - Aug 23 with 2541 views | kernowhoop | Most of us would have predicted a defeat at Coventry, but this is more than an ordinary defeat. I wonder if there is something 'non football' that is a problem in the squad? I have no evidence of that but two things made me wonder. The most recent was the long interview with Steve Cook - mostly predictable but without much enthusiasm and I could not recall a smile. The other odd thing was the lack of excitement from his colleagues when Kieran Morgan scored that brilliant goal at Watford. Something does not feel right.

Owners OUT, Nourry OUT on 17:41 - Aug 23 with 1969 views | OakR | A week ago I thought the view was Nourry was doing a decent job, we were selling players for money at last and singning players with resale value, and people happy with the signing generally. We're way behind the times with this, so it takes time to catchup. I know many people here hate his comms and secrecy over contract lengths, the way terminology used in announcements etc but those aren't core to how the club is run. I do agree about the Stadium though, We have to by now either have imrpoved LR or moved. So many clubs have done it, we must be able to. We will be losing so much money comparared to club s who can have multiple uses of their stadiums, I remember a time when we were at the forefront of innovation, now we feel we are not even playing catchup in some areas. We always say you need to be 10 games in to judge properly where we will be, I'd like to see that wiith Kone upfront more and whoever else we sign and then judge the manager. I think the manager will regret that League Cup selection, if you do that you can't then have results like this, well you can't not win any of your first 3 games and you defintely can't do this. It's pretty concerning but I do think we need to give the manager time. Another depressing start to the season, it would be great to have some hope for once but let's see.

Nice of you to pop your head out with such a well oiled statement. In 99% of football clubs you don’t lose 7-1 and have a thread about the CEO. The reason we do is because he has made it his mission to show the world this is his ship and he’s deciding our recruitment, financial, and “game model” decisions. Therefore, it is his head on the block. If this continues into September it should be him that is sacked first. This is his (damned) ship. [Post edited 23 Aug 18:00]

Not sure that first line is necessary but there you go. I don't think anyone having a different view suddenlty has to be some secret Nourry undercover propaganda specialist. If we keep doing badly, it turns out the players we signed are no good, the manager is no good then yes of course the CEO and DOF should go becuase he is not doing his job properly.

Owners OUT, Nourry OUT on 18:14 - Aug 23 with 1647 views | stevec | We’ve only got to look around our ground to know what the owners and upper echelons think of us all. These clowns watch us rot in dreadful seating, appalling facilities, bottom of the market beer at extortionate prices, hot dogs you could batter someone to death with. They are not owners who care one toss about the fanbase. These things may seem minor to some but it tells you an awful lot about their ‘love’ for this club. I’ve had enough of these fools and if they go and it means consequences then so be it.

Agreed Steve. I know it's not major in the scheme of things but they had three months to do maintenance in the ground. They couldn't be bothered to sort out the hot water taps in the SB Stand toilets. Loose taps, very low water pressure. Not hugely hygienic.

No, no, no. You cannot say “ooh, let’s just wait n see after a few games, eh?” after being 5 down at HT and losing 7-1. Nothing to do with Comms, terminology or any of the other fluffy stuff. Frankly he could do it in Mongolian Throat Singing or Fart language for all I care if we had a competitive team, but we have a pathetically weak team, an unbalanced, unfit team, a team that is now a laughing stock, three games in, so Nourry’s total unsuitability to such a massive job is quite plain to see. With the greatest of respect, if that sh1te today doesn’t make you absolutely furious, then I really don’t know what else to say.
