The Reform Party Conference on 02:03 - Oct 12 by Robbie | Starmer promised to put the problems of the UK to rights ASAP after being elected . Now he is clinging on to the backing he gave The Don in allegedly making a truce in Gaza . I backed the truce deal and my former Colleague , no WMD honestly gov , is an envoy . Sadly the UK is so in the mire nobody has the guts to make the real desicions and upset the other voting electorate , I will lose my seat so say the right words and I will be OK . Farage and Reform are on a roll , the public like his PR machine , recent Tory Party Conference mentioned Farage at every opportunity to slag him off , they are scared . Senedd Elections next May will be so interesting . |
Labour reduced the voting age and have failed to utilise the platforms that the younger generation use. Reform do and have moved forward in this area. Another massive own goal.

You don't seem to be getting much backing on here in your support for Labour and the knocking of Farage. That also seems to be reflected in the opinion polls. I think its fair to say nobody trusts or believes any politician, but the country wants a change from the Labour/Conservative merry go round.

There a lot of right wingers on here, has been for a few years. I have actually said what the Tories have or haven’t done and pointed out some of their mammoth cock ups. I have also pointed out Farage lies, telling people what he will do , when. Even he knows that it isn’t possible.

Well what the current situation is Reform have not put the country in the mess it is in that is all down to Labour and the Conservatives, if Reform turn out to be just as bad we will simply be in the same boat simply put we know how bad two of the three party's are and we can only speculate on the third.

It seems Wales as well as the UK is going right wing then. One hell of a swing from left wing Wales and for it to happen in the space of one Senedd parliament is astounding. Or it could just be that Labour has failed the majority of its supporters and nothing to do with right wing.

A vast amount of Plaid members making public speeches and interviews are currently doing the rounds on platforms like Tik tok etc the UK youngsters think there hilarious and the party is full of lunatics and after watching some of them I have to agree. [Post edited 12 Oct 18:34]

I was very disappointed those 14 years prior. Extremely disappointed. Yet people gave them 3 terms. Incredible. I will judge Starmer after his 5 year term, not 17 months. And Farage policies just don’t add up. The country would be on its knees in weeks. Good for you and me though, we would pay next to nothing in taxes, save a fortune in fuel duty, have super dooper hospitals, illegals would be shot on the spot, and so on. All whilst Farage watches his massive European pension pot get bigger and bigger, with him laughing at all that voted him in.

Old enough to remember The Labour Party a force for the working man and their families welfare , I did grow up in a Council house with my both parents working to pay the bills . Time have changed , Thatcher smashed Industry and Trade Union thoughts , I lost my role through her decision making and had to move on . Nu Labour under Blair was a nonsense exercise , he messed up under the WMD claim . This lot in power are jumping on the pathetic failings of Bojo and Truss . Vote for us we will be better , so many have fallen for this current fraud . Allegedly Plaid Cymru and Labour will come together in a pact to fight off Reform next May . Farage is really spooking our current lot of uselessness , Cardiff or London .

Neck and neck in the polls for the Senedd elections between Plaid and Reform. But Reform ahead of Plaid in the Westminster polls. You would need a crystal ball to call it in Wales but 7 months is a long time in politics. Only 7 days to Caerphilly though.

Yes indeed, apparently there will be a Caerphilly poll out tomorrow, I was a bit disappointed to see it that Plaid would need a low turnout, that seemed to come from inside the camp, doesn't sound that confident. If Plaid did manage to win that seat mind you it would be great for them because they nearly always only win their 'heartland' seats. [Post edited 15 Oct 19:28]
