This week there can be no complacency after some improved and consistent performances which has seen the U’s slowly climbing the table.
We can achieve midtable with another three points at the JCS on Saturday with the Sulphurites led by Simon Weaver in Town who has clocked up 700 games with Harrogate..
Will Goodwin and Samson Tovide could be fit but I have to say I much prefer Lisbie and Mbick as a strike duo to Tovide who struggles to make a difference whereas the others are more mobile, with more pace, and they both know where the goal is.
Team
Macey
KVY Araujo Tucker Iandolo
Bishop Payne Read
Edwards Lisbie Mbick
Subs Smith Hunt Gordon Williams Tovide Powell Kuffour Jnr
Harrogate by contrast are difficult to beat although not always the most watchable team in the league.
I predict Colchester to keep the run going on a warm sunny day with 14 degrees Celsius likely with a comfortable 4-0 win at the JCS.
These are the type of games where home wins are essential and will help us climb the League Two table.
Enjoy the game, decent crowd expected and lets keep the unbeaten run going.

Consistency of selection is key and, injuries permitting, the team picks itself at the moment. I agree that Anderson will start and Edwards will be on the bench.

....and why stop at 3!!!
So far he's scored top right, top left and bottom right, if I was the HT keeper I'd keep an eye on bottom left!!!!!

Well didn't I get the team selection spectacularly wrong.
I left out Anderson in my selection preferring Edwards but am delighted for Harry (I've never been his greatest supporter, but great to see another first half hattrick in successive league games.
Congratulations to the club and I wouldn't mind another three goals second half.

You obviously upset Harry, Durham. Could work on somebody else next week?

He may not always be that inspiring, but in fairness to him, he's always had an eye for goal and a good shot.

We're good value for a few more too. Can't deny the quality of Harrogate's opener, but it's been one way traffic since then, and we could have had a few more first half. KVY took a forearm smash in that tackle, albeit probably not intentional. I wouldn't be surprised if he's lost some teeth, or maybe even broken his jaw.

Stayed at 3-1 but a nice win and 3 more points today.
I'm almost disappointed it wasn't more emphatic, but four wins on the bounce and scoring 13 goals in the process - I'll take that. Need some clean sheets too, and next weekend at the County Ground is going to be a tough test, but we'll be full of confidence - can't wait!
Facial injury for KVY, visit to the dentist required. After a sluggish start, once level should have had a hat full , wasteful especially in first half extra time. Midfield purred today, play like that will win more than you lose .

Mbick looks better and better as he gets more game time. A classy player, languid and very skilful. Hope his parent club doesn't recall him!
Agree, made the difference in the side that the ball is going up front is held up and moved on quickly, showing our residential centre forward what’s required.
Wandering the last time back to back home games produced two home hat tricks . Think Jevani Brown scored two in a row but one was in the League and the other was in the Tin Pot cup ( whoever was the sponsor at the time ). Can anyone confirm ?
