The on the pitch performances aren’t helping either.

Swansea City v Queens Park Rangers : Match day thread on 22:34 - Oct 19 with 1439 views | Swans9 | I am hoping for 15k I don't get or people can't go in midweek. Same could be said of people working on a sat. Owners are better than the previous ones so fans have no excuse. I am a member of the trust they take a lot of stick never get praise discounting riverboat trips to the stadium or being involved Ivor Allchurch documentary. There will always be armchair fans that saw king Kenny on the tv. Perhaps the club could do more to promote games but so excuses people use not to go means they not interested.

The lad from Brighton needs to start.... and the lad from Chelsea needs to be in for Key. I know he is a left back but Key has been absolutely dreadful and this young man has ability and, even if on the other side, must be a better defensive option than Key. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Asked the question about Samuels-Smith and at the time 3 weeks back was told Sheehan didn’t fancy him on the right. (He’s left footed) Always made me wonder why a player bearing in mind that’s all he does is train can’t be two footed. But then if Sheehan doesn’t try he will never know.

Playing on the "wrong" side shouldn't be a hinderence ,some players such as Messi, Grelish for example play on the left when they're naturally right footed so imo that shouldn't be a reason not to play a player out of position.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs all live on TV at the same time. Add in 3 home games in 8 days. Might not even be 14,000.

To be fair, it’s a different proposition for a fullback. Eom plays on the left and cuts in to shoot or open up his body for a pass on his right foot. Andre Ayew used to do it on the other side. Routledge could play either side. Salah is probably the best current example. Not the same as having wingers run at your weaker foot and having to defend it. I get people wanting him to play though. He looked very good against Forest.

Personally I wouldn’t cross the road to watch any of them, and don’t really see why any local, able, fan would want to. But will do the 140 mile round trip to watch the Swans. Even though I won’t knock off until 5.30pm. My choice.

Just go a back three of Casey, Cabango, Burgess. With Key and Tymon as wing backs and Stamenic and Franco in the middle. Then Galbraith and Yalcouye advanced and Vipotnik up top. Basically 3-4-2-1. We have enough options to vary this if the game dictates.

Both Key and Tymon stand miles off the players they are supposed to be marking meaning the player has time and space to take the ball to attack them and usually get the ball in the box ,on the other hand our wingers are marked much tighter meaning we can’t always get the ball to them i,Sheehan must be telling them to set up this way and stand more infield because it happens every game . Both back off attackers instead of standing their ground and putting tackles in,allowing the attacker to get to the edge of or even in our box it’s so frustrating to watch, you’d think Sheehan, having been a fullback himself would be able to sort it out

This is the sensible solution for me. There are so many ways we can vary it as well. Particularly the position behind Vipotnik. I doubt he’ll consider it though, as he seems to want all our attacks to come down the flanks. We rarely attempt to play through the middle.

I'm not sure what is happening with the Santos injury, but he could also fit in there as back up.

I can never understand how any Professional player can’t use both feet. It’s pathetic.

We would have plenty of options in that system and we would have flexibility to morph into any shape depending on how matches pan out.

we would but I fear our coach is a 4-3-3 man Like many modern day coaches whi go through the badge courses they get "coaxhed" into a thinking and only a few get to be creative with formations etx
