As we both pointed out before a ball was kicked in anger, what could possibly go wrong with Sports Republic appointing a manager who was young, never played professional football and never managed in any previous English League ?
Oddly enough I don’t blame Still for applying for the job, in fact I feel sorry for him, after all who in his position wouldn’t have applied ?
In my opinion fault, like so much of what has gone wrong with our club recently, rests squarely at the feet of our current owners and the people they employ at Sports Republic. [Post edited 21 Oct 23:10]

Selling the assets AGAIN, bringing in 19 year olds from inferior league, appointing a manager just out of nappies, who.won a few games on the play station. Utterly embarrasing. Sport Republic were up to the same tricks all summer. I saw it and now we are having another sh!t season. These players are weak as f@ck, yet again. That's what you get with young players. Will Still is as boring and nervous, as I pointed out in the summer. You dont lead men by being nervous and dull.
