Probably only Clive interested but just had to post this.

Apart from the dramatic forecast for snow, which they publish every few days and is never accurate, does no one even proof read this stuff any more.

"terrific child care"

"things meant to be 13C"

"upcoming forecaster"

It is so badly written its laughable

Or is it just me?

It's okay - you're not alone.

Those examples lifted straight from a Redknapp Snr presser.

That is awful.

Also, "very disturbing" would have you shot by the editor years ago, but doesn't even stand out in this piece.

"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."

It’s apparently going to take a “huge dump” on London, which sounds pretty nasty.

'and our dad would murder us in cold blood, each night, and dance about on our graves inging hallelujah!'

Try telling young people of today that, and they won't believe you.

Bare bones.

Seriously though, this feels like it's been written by AI.

Bare bones.

"(February 2) and tomorrow (February 3)"

Same with movie releases, why has 'st', 'nd', 'rd' & 'th' been dropped from dates? Is it because it's too confusing for them now?

It seems with technology there's just no need for people to learn things any more and are slowly turning into vegetables as the brain rots from lack of mental 'exercise'.

Sorry Paul, but you've let yourself down a bit here.

You're missing a question mark on your second sentence, and a full stop after 'laughable'.

Just saying.

2nd paragraph frighteningly true, you do wonder what gets taught at schools these days, even on non strike days.

Amazingly, they all seem to know what’s going to happen in the future, particularly around 2050.

Somebody tell them about the millennium bug.
