It just seems like it wouldn't be right for the players to walk out to 'this is the one' playing in the lowest division they have played in, I'm guessing few or none of us think 'this is the one we've been waiting for'

Aaron Copeland was the composer not the artiste. It was originally written as an orchestral piece and I'm not sure ELP added anything but volume.

We came out to Motorhead’s “The Game” a couple of times in the early 2000s. Appropriate song and worth using again.
