Don't know if tired or instructed but definitely too deep and not as keen to pop the ball about.

Some casual and sloppy errors. Could be tiredness I suppose.

Not entirely sure where Colback is meant to be playing.

Now Sinclair down grabbing his calf. I hope just cramp although...it doesn't look promising.

Yep, we're tiring again on the hour mark, sitting way too deep and not closing down.

Time for Dule-McKenna?

We're on te back foot a bit this half. Tiring?

It does look that way, a lot of sloppy mistakes creeping in. I wonder if this tendency to tire is related to the amount of time we spend out of possession?

We cannot hold the ball up at all
I fear an Ipswich goal is due

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

We need to get some energy back in the side before we go behind

I think a calf injury for Sinclair rather than cramp. No efforts by him or physio to stretch it out. Kolli on. First time seeing him - didn't realise his height, a few nice headers and jumps already.

We're now looking VERY tired. Is it a lack of fitness training pre-season or just the way Ainsworth makes his players play expends so much energy?

Field down. EDB on.

Paal limping.

I suspect we'll be riding our luck a bit to get a result now.

Can we make any more subs or no? Does feel like SDM would make a difference here

I don't want to be the kiss of death but our defending has been superb when they break today....

bear in mind, we played just a handful of days ago (though you'd think pros could do 2 games in 3-4 days and most of the starters were rested)

the +15 mins extra time surely doesnt help

just see this out now, as it sounds like we're just scraping by at this point

i think if you make the first sub at halftime interval, you get to make 4 batches of subs.....

Nice move from rangers down the right through chair EDB Smyth. Cut back blocked.

Rangers corner.

Steve Cook overhead kick. Only one valid response. CTN [TM Brian MC]

Sounds like we need to block for a few overs. See off the new ball.

Given how many people wrote us off.... including me tbh..... and the fact that we're playing a team that has been massively talked up, I think this is pretty amazing. I'd take a point at this stage, but I suspect there's another half hour to go.

only following the game on phone, but other than the like for like (positionally) of EDB for Field, we've gone more defensive with the prior two subs (kolli for armstrong; colback for willock)

what is the shape now? 3 5 2ish w 2 attacking mids playing up top??

Hoops v Tractor boys match thread. on 16:33 - Aug 19 with 1697 viewsVancouverHoop

We're looking tired but Ipswich aren't looking brilliant either. Making a fair few sloppy mistakes.

Is anyone else finding the TV footage really frustrating today? They seem to be playing so many replays that we missing what's happening on the pitch

There we are. We've been bloody unlucky today tbf. Not sure where we'll find the energy for a comeback.
