The worst overall football match I think I have ever attended . Two crap teams playing crap football . The weather and a pub lunch the only redeeming part ..

I totally agree. Livened up by a fight in the Lower Loft and at least we poor buggers got a couple of hours in the sun.

Don't wish to sit through anything like that for a long time.

Then I remembered, I'm at Oxford in the week.

Better to do our job as fans and clap them off the pitch rather than boo.

Indeed, inching our way to safety, again.

Tiger Cubs were a highlight and also some muppet getting ejected from the Loft End Paddock for fronting up to the Cardiff subs for daring to do their warm ups in front of him.

The way we played today reminded me of Ainsworth's time at his worst. To call the match a game of low quality would be too complimentary. There was almost no quality on show from either side. Edwards was the only player who looked like he was a professional.

I came away totally bemused at what we were trying to do other than boot the ball into the air and hope for something to happen. It was a disgrace to the game but we didn't lose so I suppose I must be content with that.

Nah mate best to just go home! That performance wasn't worth the energy of clapping!

I vaguely recall a 0-0 against Reading in the Premier League years which condemned us both to relegation, with it being an appalling game. Kind of reminded me of that.

I think its a bit unfair on the back 4 and particularly the centre backs who had very good games Nardi did not have to make a save

I was row B lower Loft and had the closest opportunity to stay and clap them. Final whistle and got up and left. Always willing to applaud the team but not today.

I’ll always recognise spirit and commitment and Colback, Smyth, Paal and Edwards showed it in spades today, even if the football was ugly.

Fakes away one Sunday dinner time was appallingly hideous.

Yeah, they deserved an applause but i just felt as a collective team is wasn’t warranted.

I dunno if the sun and the general end of winter has left me feeling too happy but I didn’t think it was that bad

It’s an injury ravaged team missing pretty much all of its best players that wasn’t that great a team in the first place.

To say it’s one of our worst ever performances doesn’t even go back one week, we were way worse against Stoke.

I can’t fault their effort, once that’s in question it’s a different story, but today looked like a semi reserve team trying hard.

A truly awful game of football punctuated only by the weather and Tiger Feet.

A chap behind me spent the entire first half talking about his water pressure and how he managed to pay for items on Amazon without using his Gift Card Balance. I don't know who was more bored, me watching the match or his mate listening to that drivel.

That's a cracking shout

I will never forget not realising we actually relegated that day until we were on the bus back to the station.

So does he know how to fix the water pressure in the Ellerslie Rd toilets?

The punch up was right in front of us. A nice distraction from the the turgid onfield action.
