The way we played today reminded me of Ainsworth's time at his worst. To call the match a game of low quality would be too complimentary. There was almost no quality on show from either side. Edwards was the only player who looked like he was a professional.
I came away totally bemused at what we were trying to do other than boot the ball into the air and hope for something to happen. It was a disgrace to the game but we didn't lose so I suppose I must be content with that. |  | | |

I dunno if the sun and the general end of winter has left me feeling too happy but I didn’t think it was that bad
It’s an injury ravaged team missing pretty much all of its best players that wasn’t that great a team in the first place.
To say it’s one of our worst ever performances doesn’t even go back one week, we were way worse against Stoke.
I can’t fault their effort, once that’s in question it’s a different story, but today looked like a semi reserve team trying hard. [Post edited 5 Apr 22:13]
