Hard to imagine the crushing pressure Rory was under it explains that high handicap hacker wedge at 13 to butcher that.Bogey on 14, Rose flying then a stunning iron on 15 ,miss the eagle Jesus it was all going haywire.
Rory's putting coach Brad Faxon just said on the GC that under intense pressure Rory pulls his puts and he did it on 15 and 18 and even the playoff it was dangerously close to the left as it disappeared .

Thought he had blown it. What an accomplishment. You could see 14 years of pressure release from his body when he made the putt. Reminded me a little of when Faldo won his 3rd Open in 92 and he thought he had lost it to Cook, only to win at the last and the emotion just released.
