Cifuentes placed on garden leave as reign that promised so much unravels on 23:43 - May 1 by itsbiga | Sunderland will batter us like Burnley did now. |
We might have the siege mentality and actually show pride in the jersey and put in a good performance instead. Not seen this addressed in the avalanche of Marti V Christian news but where does Calm stand in all this mess .Is he just taking charge to honour his contract or does he has a shot at the job once the ax falls completly on MC . He came as part of the team ,would he be willing to strike out on his own or would QPR even be interested or looking for a clean break

We might have the siege mentality and actually show pride in the jersey and put in a good performance instead. Given the eunuchesque lack of bolloçks I've seen this season, that's probably the most unlikely outcome I'd expect but hey, it's QPR.

Cifuentes placed on garden leave as reign that promised so much unravels on 14:41 - May 1 by BostonR | Where on his CV does it state that he had a senior leadership role dealing with a complex multi-layered organisation? |
True, he doesn’t have any experience but the legal team probably do this sort of thing day in day out. It will be them that put forward this gardening leave option.

I doubt it very much that the legal eagles made this decision. As CEO, Nourry must have sanctioned the approach and then approved it. It’s on him 100%.

Does Paul Parker want a job as DoF/CEO? It sounds like he'd be a step up from the current incumbent.

Absolutely. Lawyers don't make decisions; they comment on the proposal put in front of them, they might suggest possible alternatives, and eventually they deal with the consequences, but they don't make the decisions. That's what the CEO is paid for. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

i think they were aiming alot higher up than the foot! Before this happened we knew they needed to revamp the squad, now they need to revamp the squad, confirm who is going to manage the squad, allow for the whole thing to bed-in/gel - i'll be truly amazed if they can turn this around.

"We might have the siege mentality". Yes, but probably in the sense that we will lose the game because our entire matchday squad has died of starvation".
| "Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1." |

Revamp the squad ? Who do you think will want to come after this debacle ? Who do you think will want to stay here ?

I can't help but think Lee Hoos was heavily involved in the final decision, I'm guessing that Ruben puts a lot of trust in Lee and he would want Lees input before making a final decision. (Nourry is Lees man ) I'm still hugely sceptical about Twitter, anybody can create an account for their own agenda...... [Post edited 2 May 15:36]

How is that relevant here? if MC spoke to WBA, the club had to act - even if the CEO were Donald Duck! You may not like CN, but that doesn't have to distort your picture of the (gardening) manager! [Post edited 3 May 16:20]
