No it’s obviously a policy made up on the hoof to attempt to quell the discontent within his party and to stop several of his MPs defecting to Corbyn and sultanas mob, the Gaza party or whatever they’re going to be called.
Progress and momentum have been at war for years, we are now approaching the final battle. Labour are facing a split not seen since the SDP days. If Starmer cannot keep a lid on this anti Jewish/israel sentiment that has always flowed through his party he’s toast. Well he is anyway but this would just accelerate the inevitable.
Corbyn has proudly stated he is friends with Hamas and Hezbollah. Remember the scenes at the Labour party conference. The strength of feeling in the room on this issue is palpable.

What Hamas did was 1000% wrong and Isreal were right to take steps to safeguard their people, but what they’re doing now goes well beyond any semblance of reasonableness, it’s awful and should be stopped. |
