If, as some people suspect, he's not going to be using the place that often then spending more than he is on another property would be a waste, and as a guy who grew up in a war zone I doubt Modric has much time for waste.
If he's planning to be here a bit more often then perhaps something a bit more comfortable and convenient than a suite at Morgans is what he's after.

Leon's house is on the market for £1.35 mil and is in a quite a private little part of Upper Killay off the main road. It's absolutely stunning and I'm sure Mrs Modric would be very happy with it as one of probably several houses he has. You can literally walk from it to the training ground in Fairwood.
