He has done some things well and others very poorly. Its whether he keeps learning from his mistakes but he is likely to make mistakes - he is young and inexperienced but a lot of that needs the blame to be apportioned appropriately onto Hoos and Reuben for rubber stamping his appointment to be on the face of it, in charge of all departments.
For me , he has been fair, but I hate this lack of information in a timely manner to the fans and dont buy this competitive advantage reasoning.
Brave to get rid of Marti, as he is likely to be judged very quickly, in the forthcoming months because of this decision which generally has not been agreeable to a lot of the fanbase.
Sure, he has mad mistakes but he has also done some good things which generally get overlooked by the posters whom have a grudge against him.......no issues whatsoever recently despite the continual negative stuff posted on this MB. Lets see what occurs in the next couple of weeks.
Re MC dismissal, I was a fan of MC, a big fan, and thought he did pretty well overall BUT he cannot be doing what he did and I support Nourry for what he done. Interesting that MC is still in 'limbo' after so long - not sure what that tells you but, perhaps, he is fleecing the Club that supported him pretty well over the past 18 months or so.

Steve Bould, a good signing on the face of it. Nourry (& his team which he controls) is making decent choices imo but once again we will see.

I cannot stomach someone who treats the fans (customers) with disdain. The choreographed fans forum with the powerpoints and the video clips of Dembele hitting the required number of appearances (6 at the time i think) and signing on a perm are just a few examples. Others have pointed out other issues with the young lad.
Lets see if he has learned amything about how important fans are to a football club and if he changes.
