First fixture of the season 10:11 - Jun 25 with 8691 views | terryb | With the fixtures released tomorrow, it's time for the annual guessing game of who will we be playing on the opening weekend. It looks to me that we will be playing home games when The Pensioners are also at home, with Brentford & Fulham away on those weekends. If this is correct, we will be away for the first match & on Boxing Day. I have a feeling that we will perform in the first match of The Championship, away to Ipswich on Friday 8th August. First fixture of the season on 12:11 - Jun 26 by Lanhoop | Only 5 home games in the first three months of the season seems a bit thin. November could be tricky. |
yeah a slow start at home but fixture wise it could have been worse, some winnable games early on [Post edited 26 Jun 12:19]

First fixture of the season on 12:19 - Jun 26 with 1881 views | BAWHoops | Our first 4 home games are about as easy as they come. Big chance for manager to get the fans on side and keep picking up points ahead of a tough November

First fixture of the season on 12:20 - Jun 26 with 1817 views | numptydumpty | A relatively simple list up until end of October. January seems good and the run in, in April also decent. Away Pompey on boxing day is a strange choice. Could be a bit lively and god gorbid we looking at achieving something or likewise avoiding something, last game away at Ipswich could be tough. First fixture of the season on 12:21 - Jun 26 with 1808 views | loftus77 | Season-after-season, why is November always a Month of Darkness in every way? Run-up to Xmas looks very dicey too. As already said, early winnable home games could be v. handy for Julien...
First fixture of the season on 12:30 - Jun 26 with 1666 views | terryb | The opposite to my forecast. Ipswich away being the last game rather than the first! What better place to celebrate our promotion than in the town where I live! The waterfront will be a sea of blue & white hoops!
First fixture of the season on 12:31 - Jun 26 with 1643 views | queensparker | FFS will we ever get a home Boxing Day game ever again? Must be decades since the last one. Used to be a great part of the Xmas routine

First fixture of the season on 13:03 - Jun 26 with 1330 views | GetMeRangers | "When will more TV selections be announced? Within seven days of today's EFL fixture release, all broadcast-selected matches will be allocated until the end of September. And before the start of the 2025/26 season, all TV selections will be allocated until the FA Cup third round in early January. This is a landmark commitment, providing fans and clubs with almost six months' notice, an increase from the five weeks' notice given across the majority of the 2023/24 season." Would be welcome if they stick to this undertaking

Yep and then ten clustered in Nov, Dec and Jan. If you’re not a fan of brass monkey weather this is not very welcome.

Yes, we could do without Ben Williams’ patented slow start/phased loading (or whatever it’s called).
