Just realised as I headed to my seat in ER that this is my 50th season supporting us.

It's the hope that kills you.

It's always noisiest at the shallow end

57th for me. Dad, uncle and grandad thought it would be a good idea to NOT take me until the 1968/69 season.
And it STILL Didn't put me off

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

Started in 1966/67 so think that makes it season number 60.

Bit like climbing a mountain, first 30 seasons up to the pinnacle, the last 30 the long walk down.

Same as me... 66/67 season... though never really saw much of the games as when it was raining... SA slide down the bank was much better fun....

Though a certain no 10 changed my attitude a bit

Was six years old in 1974 so that means start of my 52nd season.

Still waiting for us to fulfill our promise.

This season is the one - Surely !!!!

1958 was my first game at LR, I can't work out how many seasons that Is.

It's a struggle now to get to LR due to an accumulation of health problems and up and coming operations.

Asthma attacks are a bastard, bastard bitch, I'm okay and I'll be okay but my old seat PL In the lower loft now belongs to somebody else.

To quote Toots and the Maytals ''Right now, someone else has that number''

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

Never met you, but I remember around 2004 seeing you walk up in the upper loft, because you had a T-shirt with your old rivals messageboard name on the back of your T-shirt 🙃 myself and herts Ranger at the time gave you a lot of stick for it.

A sub-standard (by some standards on here) 53rd year for me as boy and idiot.

Never knowingly right.

Yup it's like a group of hooped sirens beckoning us in and smashing us into the ocean rocks, season after season.

Never knowingly right.

I do think if people's ages/experience at LR were attached to their personal logo on this board some of the dynamics could be better calibrated, rather than the modern thing of assuming everyone's opinion is of equal value.

It's a tender 42yrs since I sold my soul to the devil for a dime. I flirted with Spurs for a few months. It made me feel violated.

On a slightly different note, my first granddaughter is due in December, and as my daughter has converted her partner into an R, we are confident the new arrival will be a hoop too.
And chatting to my dad (89) recently, he told me that his dad and grandfather were Rangers fans. No way of knowing when his grandfather became a fan but it could have been (and I like to assume it was) when the club was founded.
I don’t know why this makes me feel so good, and a little emotional, but it does!

My 60th season this year and my son who is only 29 has already clocked up a quarter of a century as a season ticket holder. And we both still talk to each other.
