Superman 2 was the best ever superhero film and Terence was a big part of that.

And an R too, right?

Legendary king.

That movie was as camp as you’ll ever get and all the better for it.
Gene Hackman was superb but Stamp outhammed him in this one.

RIP Bernadette, Priscilla Queen of the desert is in my top 5 favorite flicks.

God speed Terrence.

When you reach the place beyond thoughts, the only thing you'll find is love and the only purpose of life becomes to ease the suffering of others.

Oh noooooo… used to see him regularly in Café Nero, maida vale while we were completing a big water tank project. Would always hear his distinct voice. Never plucked up the courage to go and talk to him as he was always with somebody. RIP

Similar story to yours - pre-covid I popped into a coffee shop on Westbourne Grove and almost literally bumped into him .... I'm not one to get starstruck, but his steely blue eyes and striking cheek bones stopped me dead in my tracks. Completely dumbfounded, I could hardly order my cappuccino.. He smiled at me before walking out.
He had this amazing aura about him - incredible actor with unmatched presence.
A very sad loss to this world....

Not quite. He was on the front cover of What Difference Does It Make with a still from The Collector. The bloke with his arse out was Hand In Glove

I remember chatting with a bloke in a pub in W12 years ago. He’d just moved to the Bush from the West Country and was driving either the 94 or 148 bus. One day Terence Stamp gets on and he hasn’t got a pass or an oyster on him - I think they’d just gone cashless. The bloke says don’t worry about it I recognise you - you’re General Zod. Superman II is one of my favourite films. If you say “Kneel before Zod” I’ll let you on the bus. So Stamp bellows out “KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!” The driver said he nearly shat himself. Obviously he let him on.

ps: fantastic actor. RIP Terence Stamp.
