Being head of recruitment needs a high level of trust and personal integrity. They ars after all dealing with agents who are not properly regulated by the useless FA.
In a poorly regulated system there are most probably all sorts of crooks and wheeler dealers amongst agents all with interesting payment schemes dubious player valuation and cash inducements on offer.
Our neighbours down the road got involved with all sorts of f chancers leading to an unnecessary fatality.
I am not suggesting any thing like that in the Swansea dealing but there must be complete faith. If the trust is broken then changes have to be made. [Post edited 13 Sep 19:33]
