A side without Grandad Rooney in charge.

To me this game screams banana skin, but I think we will play well and I believe with 2000 Rs in attendance could actually be a memorable performance.

A three nil win away from home.

Amazing the numbers travelling that distance for a lunch kick-off. Hats off to you all.
Sky putting fans first as always..🤡
Could be worse I guess, Bournemouth fans have to travel to Newcastle for a 12:30 game..

Hopefully they'll actually get to see this one. Spoke to a couple of mates who went; one thought the game had finished 1-1 the other, a 3-1 loss!

Safe travels to all.

Probably due to the 3 game week / JCS fitness.

Ashby put out of his misery, and returned to the bench, Dunne back in. Fox and Edwards in the centre. JCS still as reliable as an old Reliant Robin.

All looks good. Let's see what S_E has to moan about this starting lineup.

Probably due to the 3 game week / JCS fitness.

That's my assumption as to why Fox is starting ahead of him

Shit but local

Wonderful piece on the Tiger Cubs that Sky showed just now. Worth watching on catch up - a real joy.

I'd be happy if we stay unbeaten in these two tough away trips in 4 days. Going for a Desmond today, 2-2.

Neither am I. The chosen centre-half partnership for today's game concerns me. Hope I'm proved wrong.

I. Chair

M. Frey

Edwards didn't look anywhere near ready last weekend but I'll stand corrected. They are obviously not sure about JCS's fitness. 3 games this week so perhaps some minutes second half, depending on what is happening. Slightly worried that Edwards needs more time. He was all over the place last weekend. I'm sure he will come good but a tough away game today is perhaps another baptism of fire for him.

Never knowingly right.

Feels like a pretty full strength side midfield forwards. Hopefully this defence can settle - need a stronger showing from Edwards this time out. Hopefully Plymouth don't have momentum from their cup win last week. 2-1 Rangers.

Clarke-Salter & Fox didn't look very good as a partnership at Swansea.

If Dunne was going to play at right back, Edwards is the natural choice for the right side. Personally I'd have played JCS instead of Fox, but Fox played well against Norwich & Luton.

Clearly a fitness thing with JCS unless anyone really believes he isn't a first choice starter against Edwards or Fox and if you do believe that, would you like to buy a kitchen?

Me too. Our away from has dipped concerningly since we started to win at HQ.

Looking for a reaction.

Both teams in same coloured shorts. Unusual in modern times.
