Could be going back inside. Up on a charge of harassment

I dislike him or what he stands for, but it's a witch hunt

It’s a factual and complete answer.

It isn't which is why I have asked him to elaborate

He didn't just retweet it though. He added comments.

"WTF Is going on here"

And

"Where are the parents?"

That's obviously racist and other people in the public eye have been harangued for far less even though they may be one of millions who've retweeted something.

Deserves all he gets, but what he gets will be a few extra quid from idiots.

Explain why it's so obviously racist , maybe he saw it in a different context than you , maybe.

Yes a racist context.

Do you think if my video of my white father playing on a playground roundabout with my white daughter was shared on "X" he'd have written "wtf is going on here" and "where are the parents"?

I have no idea what was going on in his or anyone else's mind , I'm not that smart.

What other explanation could there be for those words being used?

I don’t think anyone called for him to be prosecuted.

Not for this one, anyway….

I wonder why the alleged victim refused to give a statement to the police?? ...

"Police said that following an investigation, the alleged victim “did not wish to provide a statement to the investigation.”

Defnitiely looks like he's going back inside now. He's knocked someone out in St Pancras station and got a flight out of the country within 5 hours of punching him. Apparently his victim needed CPR.

Could be a good stretch this time too. I wonder how much money his supporters will send him this time?

The two tier Kier refers to sentences handed out rather that the court of public opinion.

He was certainly presumed guilty would be interesting to see the full footage especially as the "victim" didn't offer evidence

I do not like the bloke at all but do not want to see him or anyone else stitched up. White people are now doing what all weak people do a play the victim. White people are in effect playing the race card.

No one wanted Yaxley to be charged with assault if he was being harassed and acted in self defence. The " a few will be disappointed ( he was not stitched up)" is fake. His supporters want him to be " stitched up" to prove he is a white victim of two tier justice.

The man is a diva and it is all about him. He was perfectly prepared to waste taxpayers money by breaking the law at a court case where identifies were protected.

Perhaps the alleged victim was too concerned for his future safety as, if he went forward with it, his name would be a matter of public record.

He wasn't concerned for his safety when he confronted Tommy Robinson in public? Or maybe the Police & the CPS know its got no mileage in it.

If true which imo doubtful than he why did he confront him in the first place , its pretty rare for any public area not to be covered by cctv so why put himself in a position that he ends up on his arse .
I wonder what Scotia thinks about this decision ,justice done and seen to be done ?

We don't actually know if there was an actual confrontation before the guy ended up floored, even though it is a reasonable supposition. What CCTV does not do is record the conversations. Many years ago my brother was assaulted by a group containg a woman. The police wouldn't follow it up because they knew the group would claim a false dialogue with the woman as "justification".

It also applies well to the police rightly hammering those involved in violence during the riots whilst also being caught on film telling other groups to “put your weapons back in the mosque we don’t want to have to arrest any of you”.

The law has to apply equally without fear or favour as Starmer himself said. Yet one group of angry men roaming around with weapons were actively protected against arrest or any sort of punishment.
