Southend win. Good result really as losing either them or Oldham is better than both staying down. Can see Forest Green falling away a bit next season.

I agree, As much as 4th place and two Wembley chances is not good enough for some. I don't think tearing strips out of the bloke constantly is fair. I say we should be re-grouping and get ready to go again, support our team, buy season tickets - encourage and back. Obviously if recruitments rubbish and its a poor start then he deserves stick.

Always think constructive criticism is fair enough. Even when it’s constant.
When it becomes a case of repetitive ridiculing/personal or isn’t based on the reality of a situation, it loses some credibility.
Just seen all the goals, 3 more headed goals out of the 4 scored. Its certainly a weapon to look at in this league - something to think about certainly when recruiting - and something weve not been great at for a while - looking dangerous at setpieces and corners.

The first two were interesting - both scorers were also both at fault for not marking the other properly!

Barnet did it. If we can get some decent pro's with real EFL league experience, instead of relying on youthful exuberence and raw talent. get some guys in between 28-35, those that have maybe injury issues etc but been there and done it. Mix them up with a youthful side Barnet had a pretty experienced large but cheap side.
It will be interesting game, I would like to see Southend promoted, but as we saw, Southend defensively are poor and I think Oldham will take advantage of this fact, and sadly MM has the experience to ensure they do not make the mistakes we did.

Yes Oldham have looked very strong in both play off games but Southend have come through 2 games now where they easily could have lost both but are somehow still fighting for promotion. They will feel unbeatable at the moment. Got a feeling Southend will do it.
