Kolli, Frey, Lloyd, Kelman all missing and people think we do not need strikers. They were collectively crap and / or unavailable last season (with the exception of Kelman, who does not seem to want to be here) so does anyone think it'll change this season?

I don't think Hassan has played many games for the DS and I've only seen him come on as a sub for them a couple of times. He looked a strong and aggressive lad with a bit of pace, but hard to say more than that. | | | |

Yep, has me worried too. Threadbare squad in terms of requisite quality and championship experience. Only Jake Clarke-Salter and Kolli missing from that list, I believe.
Hope we can add a few more before the season starts. if not, good luck with that, J Stephan.

Dave Mc reporting that Varane won't travel to Girona so will miss the next two friendlies. It'll be interesting to see how the CM is set up without him. At the risk of being a stuck record again, it brings up the same question….Nourry went all hot and heavy that things are changing, QPR won’t be a crèche anymore and if you’re not close to the first team at 21 you’re gone.
They’ve then kept Aoraha, closer to 23 than 22, Talla and given a new contract to Petrie who all fail on that point and who are not only no closer to the first team than you or I, the club didn’t even think it was worth the new gaffer running an eye over them in pre-season…. | | | |

Appears they (Talla, Aoraha) both signed a 2 or more year deal last summer, hence still contracted to the club this season. [Post edited 11 Jul 19:48]
