I think if we are 10-12 this season that would be a good one for us.

Im always a pessamist, its going to be a tough season, its a tough division, I usually like to see about 10 games first, but as your asking Id say about 12th.

That said as we know the Championship is a tough league and again we will compete against 3 relegated sides with parachute payments...and some other strong sides.
As you say a lot depends on how long it takes the side to gel and how quickly the likes of Widell,Galbraith,Scotland and Inoussa settle into the Championship like you I do hope im eating my words come May but for me its far too soon to be making bokd predictions despite being the most optimistic I have been pre season for a long while [Post edited 17 Jul 10:46]

In certain areas yes we are lacking in FB cover and though we have quantity in midfield we are yet to see how the newcomers will adjust to the Championship.
Last season Sheehan had the quality of O Brien to add to a "settled" side which had played half a seaaon in rhe championship...Eom and Ronald in their second seasons.
I think we can do well but there will be a steep learning curve for some lets hop its not too steep.
I believe we have better foundations than we have for a while all around the club but still dont feel we will be doing as well as many have predicted...but as I said earlier I hope to be proven wrong. | |

Galbraith can play at right back he has regularly played there and I am expecting Sebastian Dabrowski to step up this season as left back cover. I fully expect him to start against Crawley, the pre season will probably show if Sheehan rates Dabrowski or not. | | | |

Lots of young players who have had time at different levels in football to see if they can make a viable team at Championship level. Hope that Sheehan has seen enough not to fall into the trap of wholesale changes from last season initially but in some ways he is lucky that in key areas he has to, let hope the coaching staff can help create a team that can score goals while being secure in defence. | | | |
