1) where do you expect us to finish?
2) where do you think we finish?
For me it’s 3rd for the first, but actually think we could be anywhere in the top three depending on how other sides do.

Bizarre when you look at last season that I regard it as a disappointing season.
I would like us to win something. Apart from the Lancs Senior Cup and the occasional Rose Bowl we haven't left our mark on any major competition.
Play-offs too hopefully, but we should have enough about us to challenge for top spot. | |

We have a much stronger side all round this season.....but so have many other clubs. Our improvements in squad depth and better players are well documented on here. McNulty's epiphany of "getting 3 players better than you had last season" looks to make us a good bet to be up there in May.
Will he adapt to using these assets to full effect?
Pressure is on him but I think we are in for a good season.

Expectations will be top 4 with a play off final.
Personally I think that we could be runners up probably to York. Not convinced that Carlisle or FGR will sustain a challenge for the title. With our squad we should get 10-12 points more than last season when we threw quite a few points away.
The big question is how will BJ use the resources at his disposal and make the right tactical calls to kick on especially against the other promotion candidates. | | | |

great start, except for the booking which will lead eventually to suspensions. a lot will also depend on how many times offside decisions go against us. last year that probably cost us 9-12 points.

Well if we are ever to get back into the football league we are going to have to do what no Rochdale team has ever done before. Win the league title or win the Wembley play off final.

I don't keep stats, but my perception from last year was that Hendo had an inordinate number of goals chalked of. I think BJ alluded to it once or twice, maybe my perception is a little out. I will consult mymate co-pilot to ascertain the facts, UTD.  |

Expectation in my head is quite high.
I like the addition of Taylor & Done to assist Big Jim. They will add additional steel and nouse.
The squad looks much improved with more balance and with more positive tactics executed we should score a lot more goals.
Alluded elsewhere I would like to be entertained.. I want to leave Spotland at Full Time knowing that there was nothing left in the locker and no self inflicted disappointments.
Every loss and there will be a few, the opposing team need to know it was the hardest fought 3 points they experience this season.
