How is the service going for you, positive and not so positive ? As a fans website we would like to hear from you on your viewpoint. The club need to better understand the positive and not so positive areas they need to deal with. It will reach the club.

Any recommendations, additional content before and after the game or viewing experiences. This is open for all and is an opportunity to ensure your messages get across to the club.

I was asking OHL. Because knowing where he lives if he paid for SwansTV he must have used a VPN and possibly it caused an issue. Possibly it could be rectified by changing his connection location. I don't know where you live so wouldn't comment.

You don't need a VPN so it wouldn't be relevant. Sometimes when I use a VPN I change the location from best available and I get a better service.

It’s utterly crap. Just buffers constantly. I have good internet don’t have any issues with anything else but just can’t watch Swanstv. I shudder to think how much money I’ve pumped into it and not been able to watch it.

It’s no wonder people go to the dodgy streaming sites at least they work and are often better quality I’ve heard.

I have had some feedback from the Club since we last spoke.

I contacted the club and the Swansea Trust. The Trust reached out to the club and I had an email today. This is what I recieved below:

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced, and I completely understand your frustration. We apologise for the recent issue which have affected fans experience of SwansTV.

We can are aware that the issues such as the delayed start to the Middlesbrough stream were not isolated to you and was due to an issue on our end. We should have communicated that more clearly at the time, and I apologise that this wasn’t the case. Thank you for your feedback regarding this weekend's stream, I have passed on your comments about buffering issues to the relevant team and they are investigating why this occurred.

I appreciate how disappointing this must be when you’ve paid for a service and expect a reliable experience. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can continue working on improving the stability of the platform and, just as importantly, the way we keep fans informed when issues do arise.

Regarding the cancelled pre-season match, I have processed the refund for the cancelled pre-season stream - it's on its way and will hit your bank in the next few days.

Thank you again for raising these issues. We value your loyalty as a season pass holder and want to make sure the service reflects that.

It seems you have to chase them for a refund. I didn’t get a reply for the refund relating to the for pre-season so got it back from PayPal.

Yeah. Not sure why we had to chase them. As bad as it sounds I am more concerned about the whole service. Don't get me wrong, when that match was cancelled I was annoyed. I plan my whole day around watching the match and then for it to be cancelled at 3pm on the dot was a joke.

I don't believe for a second that Swans TV will suddenly be better but at least they are taking some responsibility. For now.

Have a read on this thread to the feedback that I had from Swans TV. The Buffering issue although they denied was their fault, (this was in a different email), they at least acknowledge fault. I emailed them back and told them they need to inform us on match days via stream and social media etc.

The refund was a matter of principle for me. Like you, I’d much rather have had a decent stream instead.

I am a Texas based subscriber to SwansTV for a number of years. I have a number of issues with the service

- There should be centralized area on the website / app dealing with subscriptions, feedback and a chat feature that is live leading up to game
- I find it very frustrating to go searching for avenues to communicate with Swans TV
- On a number of occasions including recent games of a dialogue box telling me I need a subscription to watch a game despite being a monthly subscriber for many years…this has resulted in me paying a one off fee to watch the game
- Given today’s technology I find the service years out of date and poor

As for the commentary, Anthony O'Connell is obviously a nice fella, but he’s soo bland. As for Wyndham Evans, a local legend when playing, but someone take the batteries out of his mike if he’s on again.

I think Ao’C is excellent to be honest. The good thing is that he’s fair in his assessment not one eyed like so many others.
Wyndham? Totally agree. The new set up doesn’t allow for pundits though I don’t think.

Stream AMG runs it on behalf of the club. The person who I have been dealing with is called Ange. I have spoken to a few people within Swansea over last few years. But it's always difficult to find out who is the main person.

You need to chase them for that to get money back. A hint, when you email support always reply back to there automatic message and repeat the email again. As they won't reply to your first email. Odd as that sounds. It's like they have set it up so that it's an automatic reply from them with info on how to help. And if you want further help you need to reply again.

Also they really should have a live chat option. Did you experience buffering on the weekend too?
