| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

We need to be on the front foot from the start with no faffing about at the back,so Stamenic needs to be dropped , he slows play down and constantly passes sideways and back. VIP has to start Please ,Sheehan get back to the way we played at the end of last season and get the ball forwards quicker Any more of this slow boring dross we’ve been getting lately and we’ll be in trouble

And there's me thinking you were discussing Fulton. So have we signed a better player than Fulton or just more of the same. Stamenic started well but has tapered off, player or coaches?

Is it because he's being told to play a Fulton type game ?

So is he better than Fulton at playing the Fulton type game? If he is going to play that way was he worth signing.

I thought Stamenic was one of the better players on Weds. ATM he’s just a younger Fulton has to be tactics.

For me its coaching/instruction. When he made his debut against Watford he was a brearh of fresh air....making tackles ciming away with ball and driving forwards....totally different to how he has olayed since.

Fulton has suffered from this himself. On the occasions he’s been asked to play further forward or more box to box, he’s been really good IMO. I’m not sure the role he’s associated with gets the best out of him. He’s had to do it, because until this season, we’ve been thin in midfield
| Swansea City v Norwich City : Match day thread on 10:48 - Oct 24 with 2149 views | jack247 | I was reasonably confident Sheehan would fire them up and we’d get four or six points this week, but even allowing for the red, there was very little in the first half hour against QPR. I’m a bit more pessimistic now. We’re predictable. It’s easy to defend against teams who allow you time to get behind the ball and then pass sideways until they have to play their way past eight or nine men. | | | |

That is my concern WR ,is it coaching, first 2 games he drove forward, now he stays deeper doesn’t look to get into space slows play down and passes sideways and back O’Dea coaching a la Celtic maybe ?? We looked far more dangerous and attacking when he went off on Wednesday Something needs to change and soon, think Norwich will make it tough for us
| Swansea City v Norwich City : Match day thread on 14:44 - Oct 24 with 1927 views | howenjack | Are we overdoing things on the training field?? Just a thought but V QPR the commentator said we looked tired and lethargic and this was after some 10 mins . or so . I have to say after the number of misplaced passes and lack of movement in that 10 mins. I had to agree with him. Maybe its time to bring the West Ham lad into the picture and freshen things up at the back maybe also Samuels Smith . Melker Widdell was a breath of fresh air and showed bags of energy not surprising since he has hardly played , he has to start the next game for me . Iam not suggesting that the people behind the scenes don't know their onions but some times when games come thick and fast teams can become too reliant on the tried and trusted . 7 games in 22 days is a lot Rest is very important - and also change is as good as a rest . As Shankly used to say "We never leave our energy on the training field " . | | | |

If Sheehan carries on ignoring Casey and Samuels-Smith selecting them will be taken out of his hands on January 1st.

You think Sheehan will still be there on January 1st? Or even November 1st?

I was referring to Casey and Samuels-Smith on Jan 1st. Whether Sheehan is at Swansea or not I have no clue.

Any idea why there has been no press conference today? Is this purely down to time management or club trying to take heat off Sheehan?

Why bring in players from PL then simply bench them We see Wales kept away from first team even though the scores in games he does play We see quality players confused We see experienced pros looking lost and desperately frustrated We are seeing players destroyed before our very eyes yet I read some wanting the coach to be given the time he wants to do what he wants to do We are seeing thousands staying away because they are bored We are seeing ultra loyal fans being dumped upon turgid, meaonhless non football The writing was on the wall in pre season friendlies , branded meaningless It’s proven they are vital for a good season Better to be unhappy in the real world than happy in a fools paradise
