Some bloke on Twitter (yeah I know) is claiming that Sincs is leaving us and has removed all QPR pics and now closed his account. I was following him so I checked and yes, his account is completely gone. Anyone know what the hell is going on at our club?

Poll: Where will we finish up next season?

I think it’s hard not to like Cook, field, chair, paal and willock. The rest I am not sold on

Armstrong is having an awful game vs Ipswich. No control of the ball and bad passes. I would be so happy to be proven wrong in rest of game

Willock?… should be signing a new contract - snake.

Rather than start a new thread I thought I'd bring one back.

Watching him right now v Swansea and he's not improved at all. Over running the play, waiting to get the ball rather than anticipating it and watching the play go past him.

How we got £2m for him I'll never know but it was a cracking deal for us.

Well I would love him to sink without trace, but I don't share that opinion at all. I think he's looked extremely dangerous - but I guess as a sub he always used to with us as well - and he actually hasn't scored or made an assist and again has got frustrated and is throwing his arms around.

Still think he’s a wide player especially with most teams playing 4-3-3 or some variant of.

He’s someone there’ll always be a manager who fancies themselves to get the best out of and I suspect none will for very long. If he plays enough you will inevitably get moments like the goal against Bournemouth or even a purple patch here and there. A poor man’s Traore essentially.

An athlete in the wrong sport. He had plenty of chance to develop at QPR and failed to do so with an awful goalscoring record. As I am local to Bristol I know a lot of Bristol City fans and none are impressed.

Wow. It sounded like he played well today when he came on for Wells according to BBC, dangerous, beating 2 defenders and getting good crosses in.

Why on earth would you want him to 'sink without trace'

What did he do to our club?

Sinclair Armstrong on 19:18 - Feb 9 with 2669 viewsDWQPR

From what I have seen so far Alfie Lloyd is a far better footballer. Causes more trouble for opposition defences without constantly looking for a foul. Great bit of business to get rid of him.

Perhaps a poor choice of words, but he chose to leave, so I don't hold any desire to see him do well (aside from sell on clause),

But I disagree with the posters above, he was pretty good today.

To be honest, we don't know if he 'chose' to leave - If the club agreed for him to go then that's different

Its not as clear cut as someone like Willock. I did like CW but where he is concerned I wouldn't be too bothered if he failed to fulfil the potential he showed once upon a time

Ah I didn't know there was any other narrative other than that he refused to sign a new contract so we had to sell?

Yes had read on here, am guessing, that we wanted to keep Sinclair.

Our decision therefore was flawed and in a round about way, this worked out for us.

Can't see any possibilities of Sinclair ever getting above the level of inconsistencies he has performed at, ever since he began first team football.

I had high hopes at the very beginning but clearly never likely to hit the heights.

Vote for Sincs from me (if that is allowed). I thought he was a useful weapon and on many occasions he caused havoc when he came on and brought about a few goals and many goal scoring opportunities. No way would I be writing him off yet. Plus, let's not forget, he is better than Celar, who we spent his fees on.

Celar possibly is wasted dosh spent. Agree.

However can't say Sinclairs running about with serious lack of control and composure was ever going to improve.

Both Kolli and Lloyd are already performing at a level of effectiveness ahead of Sinclair and had we kept Armstrong, one or both of these young men would have found their pathways blocked by a county level one hundred metre sprinter.

That's true, but I still think he will make a career for himself in the EFL, possibly in a Championship squad. We will see ....

Agreed, the posts on here are so bizarre. Watched the end of the second half and he was very threatening

Why do we have to pretend like he was not good for us and that most qpr fans sang out his name when he was on the pitch last year? Did everyone forget that he was consistently one of the hardest working players in the squad?

Why are we also acting like he left when we’re the ones who sold him?

The people on here rooting for him to do poorly seem to also forget he has a sell on clause. Qpr fans should hope he does well …..

I don’t rly get why fans are watching his matches and rooting for him to fail as if they’re the ones who personally have to justify the decision to sell him

Just highlights the fickleness and irrationality of fans and why I also support players acting in their own interests. Imagine playing as hard as he did and having so called supporters rooting against him 6 months later

I want him to well and I liked him when he was playing for us , but the truth is he don't score enough goals, whether this will change we will see.
