Aargh, I really want to hear this, but I can't stand the thought of Jake Humpheries making any $$ out of me.
The whole High Performance culture needs to stop now, its so dangerous
If only our players got up at 5am every morning to make a list of HIGH-PERFORMANCE GOALS they wanted to achieve that day, we'd be in the Champions League by now.

Some people get to live their dreams of playing professional football and Les was just unstoppable on his day and then he got to see the other side.
The joy he had on his face when he played seems to have been beaten out of him, i hope when then dust settles he feels welcome at LR because we were lucky to have him for as long as we did, gutted when he left, the free kick goal at Oldham away (i think) was a thing of beauty.

Some would still moan about going to the Bernabau for the second leg with a paltry three-goal lead!

Good old Jake. He found a buzz phrase and has bashed it to death, to try and look intellectual. 'Hmmm yes, let be scribble something in my note book. Now I look, smart and insightful. I am now going to ask you a question. You will answer it, so I will ask the same question again but in a slightly different way. Wow, I am so deep and meaningful'

The seamless transition into crypto currency or whatever it was also impressive / irritating.

Always have time for Les. Super player and clearly lots of love still for QPR. Interesting that he considered the club to be run very professionally when he played. It must've been a bit of a shock when he walked into a circus as DoF.

Thank you for sharing that, I enjoyed it immensely. My all time hero and still is, and will always remain so. Wasn't long at all, so captivating apart from the aforementioned, contrived questioning from the two hosts, but I guess that's how it now works. I thought Sir Les was great.

Agreed. A fantastic player with pace, power and the ability to score on the deck and in the air. On his day was unplayable.
The DOF role was during a very difficult time at the club and I genuinely believe he did his best and the nastiness towards him online was pretty shameful. Given we've gone nowhere since he left its safe to say our failings maybe weren't all his fault as was claimed by many at the time.

To be fair to Nourry, though, he's hardly inherited a smoothly efficient machine, and our plight when SLF took over wasn't as precarious as the one he eventually left.
Maybe SLF could successfully argue that those above him hindered his ability to do the job properly. No doubt, they were useless. But I don't bother watching or listening to SLF anymore on the subject of his tenure as our DOF because I've yet to hear him take any responsibility for his role in things. However, I'm not in the know and maybe he or you could convince me that in actual fact, he's blameless.
In any event, I go back to when he was appointned. He'd previously been on the bench at Spurs when suddenly, he's gone straight in as our DOF. I posted then: What's the job spec? How and what basis has SLF been selected? Who else were considered for the role? I don't recall reassuring answers.
Anyway, when it's all said and done, bloody Fernandes is the root cause of every issue we have faced since August 2011, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
