Wasn't it nice to be able to come to a sunny Loftus Road and watch a really good game of football without any stress.
Obviously a big summer ahead which will be covered in more detail in the coming weeks/months.
But for now I'm just so happy we can watch the remaining games without any high blood pressure and continuing to check phones to find out how bloody Cardiff City are doing.

Very good Clive. 4 to go. I reckon one more win makes it absolutely done but perhaps even one more point. I have had a recurring dream that we beat Sunderland who are nailed on in 4th and I just don't see them over committing in the tackle up there on that final day, or risking too many first teamers. I may well be wrong. Swansea of course have nothing to play for now so you'd hope we give them a go at home. Certainly there is another win in the next 4 games I feel. |  |

I'm sure the long streaks without a win in our recent history are a mentality issue. However it should be possible to conquer this as Rory demonstrated so well last night, with many crediting his sports psychologist Bob Rotella for improving his mental strength.

Interesting to see some online comments from Bristol fans that the game was dour. Presumably a reflection that they didn't create enough in a game they thought they would win.
One sentence in the report that caught my eye was about Bristol being unbeaten in their last 7 visits which is now 8. That in itself shows why we won't trouble the promotion picture anytime soon. We might have an excuse not beating teams with parachute money but like us, Bristol don't have that money but we can't win at home against them.
The home form has to be really good to challenge at the top and we have been sadly lacking for years. We have now gone four home games without a win so I hope we win the next one as don't want to go into the start of next season with 6 home games winless. Look at our start to this season unable to win at home. Don't want that again! |  | | |

Couldn’t agree more. I was certain before this one we would see a good showing. Sun out, pressure off, pleasant team of nice little technical boys in town (not you Sincs). Winning away at Oxford far more of a surprise than turning up for this one.
Nothing has changed for me - still very concerned at the direction we’re going in under the current (off the pitch) leadership.
One end of season podcast interview with the manager (preferably on a certain Patreon…) would quell so much chat. Madness that they (he) wont do it. |  | | |
