Next seasons kits? 19:35 - Apr 22 with 5622 views | qprmeath21 | Anyone hear anything on this? Didn’t we wear this seasons home one in the last home game against Leeds last season? Maybe same for Saturday?
Next seasons kits? on 20:59 - Apr 22 with 3699 views | Hastings_Hoops | I’ve asked Chat GPT-Nourry and the following came back… “The perfect QPR (Queens Park Rangers) kit should pay tribute to the club’s history, its West London roots, and its iconic look—while adding a modern edge for today’s fans. Here’s a breakdown of what that could look like: Home Kit: Classic with a Modern Twist Shirt: Traditional blue and white hoops (not broken—keep them full wraparound). Thin white collar or a simple crew neck in white. Subtle detailing like tonal embossing of Loftus Road or the founding year (1882). Small inner-neck print: “We Are QPR”. Sponsor: Minimalist and not too loud—ideally in a color that matches the kit (white or blue). Badge: Embroidered, with a subtle sheen—classic crest, not the newer abstract versions. Sleeves: Hoops continued fully across, with blue cuffs. Shorts: Solid white, with a thin blue trim down the side. Subtle QPR badge near the hem. Socks: Blue with white hoops, to keep the kit balanced. “QPR” subtly stitched on the back. Away Kit: A Bold Tribute Color: Deep red or black (QPR has a history of both as away colors). Design: Diagonal sash or a gradient pattern—something unique but tasteful. Details: Gold or silver trim to make it pop. “Rangers” stitched into the back of the neck. Third Kit: Fan-Favorite Revival Bring back something cult-classic—like the ’90s orange and grey, or a retro-inspired green and white quarters. Add subtle nods to old kits, like sleeve trims or throwback fonts for the numbers.”
Next seasons kits? on 21:14 - Apr 22 with 3656 views | Hastings_Hoops | One with yellow detailing (like the influence one) would be nice - I liked that one a few years back. Big thing for me is no gambling sponsor. if theres a betting company on the front, I won’t buy it.
Next seasons kits? on 03:08 - Apr 23 with 3384 views | charmr | At least we have the identity with the blue and white hoops. Look at Millwalls home kits recently. All over the place. Latest looks like a pro star kit that a U12 team would wear. [Post edited 23 Apr 3:09]

Next seasons kits? on 07:29 - Apr 23 with 3199 views | CateLeBonR | I’ve had it in my head that we should do a check away shirt or 3rd kit in the style of one of our old retro programmes.
Next seasons kits? on 07:55 - Apr 23 with 3151 views | Hoopstar | Was hoping Lloyd and maybe Chair spotting old green and white Brooks shirt in the season ticket video was a nod to something along those lines this season but am sure just clutching at straws - and there was a whole load of old shirts in the vid in fairness. I'm with Hastings though and if its a gambling sponsor I wont be buying it - i do know that's where all the sponsorship money is in the league now but just not willing

There's something about the halves and DTM away shirts that just work as opposed to garishly luminous colours, nasty patterns, and of course, the piss from the abyss will never do. What goes on in the mind of the designers and club when they agree such disasters is mind boggling.

I always buy them, but then I give them away to locals when I go on holiday. There’s new QPR fans in the Maldives, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic etc etc……. It’s cost a small fortune over the years.

We also play in hoops, so any away kit, whatever colours they are, should always be hooped. We're called the Super hoops for a reason. We're not called the puke mustards. Well we don't call ourselves that. I do however like the red and white halved away kit as we wore against Cardiff during the pandemic, but other than that we are hoops, shirts and sleeves.

Next seasons kits? on 13:03 - Apr 23 with 2531 views | dannyblue | I think we should always wear our blue and white hoops. And that's really a white kit, with some blue. So you can wear it against Cardiff for example, although Portsmouth a bit trickier. The teams you can't wear it against have kits like Wednesday or Preston. So any away kit needs to work against them. The Feyenoord kit (halved or quartered) is great, and historic, but can we wear it when we couldn't wear the home kit? Yes, I'd say, so long as there's quite a bit of black...socks, shorts, accents. If it's not the historic dennis the menace (too soon), or the 80s bright red or the Feyenoord (both last seen in the good kits of 20-21)... I'd like to see us wear hoops in the colours of Inter Milan, Venezia, Fluminense, or even something based on Roma. I also think the dark navy kit, with white horizontal pinstripes is a good option - like 03-04 or 95-96 or even 09-10.

I liked the Puke Mustards early stuff. Difficult second album though.

Always looked continental and classy.

It was heinous but not in the same league as this season's, which has been banned in 127 countries. The UN has declared an international emergency after a crate of them washed up on that leper colony. 'Haven't they suffered enough?' said Kofi Annan, holding up a women's XL with a pair of tongs.

as a nod to the travelling fans loyalty, the away kit should consist of crumpled train tickets, beer stains and the remnants of various takeaways...
Next seasons kits? on 03:34 - Apr 24 with 1657 views | SydneyRs | Best home shirt design in recent years for me was the Dryworld one, although quality/durability wasn't great. Keep it simple, right colour hoops and hoops on the sleeves. Amazes me how often they get it wrong and its the same with Celtic (although I really like their current home shirt), some horrendous efforts when it should be pretty easy.

Yes it often appears to be rocket science and there appears to be a lack of actual research or look at the historical culture of the club. It often feels like the kits are designed by a team that doesn't have much time or empathy for the subject. I like Brentford's model. They only change one of the kits each season which makes it more affordable. I don't like that families and people have to fork out for a load of new kits every season. The club will now probably think, that's a good idea and keep the puke mustard kit, forever... as the home kit.
