All fits in perfectly Iāve been told, remember these contracts are paid over the term of the deal.

Itās probably time everyine recognises the fact that these players are not being unearthed by Richard Montague as I see it.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Zeidane on 06:54 - May 3 with 3406 views | Swans9 | We always waited till other teams have signed our best players at the start of the season before panic buying at inflated prices players that had long standing injuries. Much better if we can get a few bodies in early. So if we do sell a good player we not left as the last single man on the dance floor.

Exactly. I sense that with the new scouts and Montague in place we are at least trying to operate on the front foot - this kind of activity past happens when Kevin Reeves was at the club. So so exciting - Iāve renewed my ST after a lapse of a year because Sheehan has breathed new life into a squad who were written off under Williams and now we have potentially 3 very exciting players coming in and probably more to come and the season hasnāt even finished yet! Well impressed and if Darling signs, we manage to keep Lewis OāBrien, Delcroix and donāt sell Franco we have every right to expect a top 6 finish next season.

Yeah, itās like ending up with the skinny ginger kid that wasnāt very good at sport just coz you had the last pick innit

with all the early talk of guys coming in looking like we may , just may have something positive happening for a change and if so and the manager and D O F speak in positive mode there is a chance we could keep Darling and he could be part of the club moving forwards and maybe upwards as well, who knows?

Yes and when it came to Sam Clucas we were stupid enough to pay Ā£16 million for the skinny ginger kid who wasnāt very good at sport.

Zeidane on 10:08 - May 3 with 2923 views | Dr_Winston | There is a certain amount of risk in using the "Chelsea Method" of distributing transfer costs. Fine when keeping the balance sheet healthy for the purposes of PSR, but it does leave you laden with long term debt, which nearly did for us when we dropped out of the Premier League. I sincerely hope that we're not committing this much cash from our budget on one player, no matter how much potential we think he has. I could be more accepting of an "up to £5m" deal with plenty of promotion/performance bonuses/sell on clauses attached.

Basic payment mate, far less than a million and then spread over the term of the contract. Only thing now is the length of the deal which I would say now is sorted.
