Not my story but a good mate of mine, massive Led Zeppelin fan, was sat opposite Jimmy Page on a flight to the US a few years ago.
He was spent the whole flight too starstruck/nervous to say anything but as they were disembarking, they made eye contact and my mate said the 1st thing that came to mind which was.......

When I played football in the Bracknell Sunday league mid 80’s I played for winkfield working men’s club, one day a Rolls Royce pulled into the car park and the driver watched our game from his car, it was Billy Connelly, his house called Grant Futtocks was just down the road from where we played. |  |
