This difference could be for a multiple of reasons as you well know. Remember Wrexham are progressing with construction works contracts. I am not sure what category their academy is.
The fact is their commercial income is £18 m more than Swansea's which gives them scope to out bid Swansea for O'Brien and spend more without hitting PSR issues. [Post edited 14 Aug 17:09]
