Possibly up to Β£10M, probably promotion bonuses ect ect included. I know this is their first season under championship PSR but their spending is unstatainable unless they go up. One hell of a gamble.

This difference could be for a multiple of reasons as you well know. Remember Wrexham are progressing with construction works contracts. I am not sure what category their academy is.

The fact is their commercial income is Β£18 m more than Swansea's which gives them scope to out bid Swansea for O'Brien and spend more without hitting PSR issues.
