Three-year deal but I wonder what the compensation would be?

I am finding this all a bit depressing and a bit QPR.

Why, nothing's happened

Maybe he will go, but tbh if you always backed the first favourite in Skybet's next manager market, you'd be very, very poor

I just don't understand how people can live like this always thinking worse case scenario. He may go but he may not, so why make yourself miserable thinking it's going to happen, and then find out it doesn't.

You're right if we go by the bookies favourites, you'd be poor indeed.

Compensation package must be heavily in our favour in a name your terms kind of way? Unless of course there is a release clause somehow.

The incredibly QPR thing to do would be to turn it down, convince Beale to stay with us and then sack him around March time next year when we're on some God forsaken bad run.

Nuno seems to be the favourite from what I've seen

Because when things seem good at QPR there is always bad news around the corner. I don't actually think he will go but it is astonishing for him to be linked with a Prem club about 15 games into his career.

Wolves, he's your man.

Smells like a trout farm in here

I'd be surprised if he went to Wolves, though given my record that probably means he's off tomorrow. But I wouldn't get too attached to him, Championship managers crashing through the odds for a Prem job like that means there's somebody - him or his agent - putting him about for it.

Clue in his answer earlier today: "I've had no direct contact". That says to me that his agent has.

Direct is the key word. Clever beggars, aren’t they? Oh well, what will be, will be.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Also quite funny to see people on twitter saying "where's his loyalty?" like we would've hesitated to bin him if we lost the first five

or people having a bet, based on what we don't know.

As we've said a million times odds tend to be based on money rather than opinion these days.

Well I suspect we may get more of answer tomorrow night. Can't imagine players are going to run through walls for him if they have an idea he'll be off at the first opportunity.

It's not very QPR, usualy we're sacking them and paying them to leave, have to go back to Gerry Francis since we had a manager someone else wanted

Yes there was no I am staying just I am focused on next game.If he gets an offer he will be off.cannot blame for that would just be very disappointing. Fingers x wolves go for someone else.See DM thinks he will remain for the season…

I thought he answered the questions diplomatically but he was never going to completely rule himself out of the running. Football is a fickle business and he’ll know that if we lose a few games fans will be calling for his head.

Our best hope here is that Wolves decide to go for a more experienced candidate which I suspect they will. Rangers the bigger threat imo as they know him and he’s very well liked up there.
