Season ticket sales. 16:57 - May 7 with 4076 views | Paddyhoops | Had a hospital appointment in London today and afterwards went to the box office to renew my season ticket . Very pleasant staff informed that sales are well up on this time last year. The growing fan base is one of the big plusses of the last ten years. There hasn’t been much else.
Season ticket sales. on 17:41 - May 7 with 3362 views | Andybrat | Just putting it out there, I reckon that might disappoint some. I think our club is the beautiful antithesis to all that is wrong in the beautiful game, Hoping other “ small” London clubs are seeing a similar trend. I know opinions about owners, CEO’s, DOF, Head of this and that go round in circles but, and I can’t think of another way of putting it, our little haven in W12 and those who visit it are magic. Let Clive weave his next year Mr Nourry, life will be easier.
Season ticket sales. on 18:38 - May 7 with 3171 views | derbyhoop | Clive has pointed out how our fanbase has got younger and enthusiastic, unlike old gits like me. The numbers have increased which is another positive. I'd also add the progression shown by the younger players. Morgan, Kolli, Sutton, Lloyd. To which you could add Bennie, Saito, Morrison and Varane. Of course, it wouldnt be QPR without some drama, and the fallout between Marti and Nourry has cast a long shadow.

Pretty good . Detached retinas come in various shapes and sizes. Rehabilitation programs come in different forms. I had to sleep sitting up for 5 days . Some people have to stay face down on a bed days on end which sounds horrendous so I’ve been lucky . I had a gas bubble inserted to keep the retina in place which makes you feel like your a sprit level . It will eventually disappear. I’ve been lucky and had no pain whatsoever. Just eye drops . Hopefully back to work in a couple of weeks. Many thanks for asking, Clareman .
Season ticket sales. on 08:21 - May 8 with 2301 views | CroydonCaptJack | I had that gas bubble with mine a few years ago. Really weird isn't it! When you look down it literally is like a spirit level as you say. Have they mentioned you will get a cataract within a year? All perfectly normal apparently and an easy operation and much quicker recovery.

Season ticket sales. on 08:30 - May 8 with 2270 views | rbee | Is it me but doesn't the club say during every close season that Season Ticket sales are up? I guess they could never say that Season Ticket sales were down! What would attract a new season ticket holder at the moment, the great unknown? | | | | Login to get fewer ads

The prospect of not winning two thirds of our home games got to be right up there. It’s the hope that kills you .
Season ticket sales. on 08:54 - May 8 with 2180 views | hoopedmonkey | I'm not sure but I don't think the season tickets went on sale until mid May last season, I bought mine on the 14th May which may well have been the release date, so it shouldn't be a surprise if sales are well up.
Season ticket sales. on 09:09 - May 8 with 2131 views | eastside_r | I mean call me a cynic but is it not outside the realms of possibility that the staff have been instructed to give out a positive message by the Great Leader? As CEO, he’s their boss as well. [Post edited 8 May 9:12]

Season ticket sales. on 09:24 - May 8 with 2066 views | MrSheen | I’m surprised too if this is true. I was completely out after Burnley (and Swansea and Cardiff), and certainly wasn’t going to lift a finger until the management impasse was resolved. One dead rubber win and the victory of the Yoot and I’m wavering, but no move yet.

Season ticket sales. on 10:10 - May 8 with 1946 views | terryb | I will be renewing, but like every year, it will be during the last week of the "early bird" that I get round to doing so! I don't have any problem believing that sales are up as I suspect that quite a lot of ST holders are on the automatic renewal & that a large percentage of our younger support need to spread the cost throughout the season. Whereas, this old git prefers to make one payment only & then pretend that I'm attending matches for just the cost of train fares & beers!

The staff have always been pleasant regardless of who’s been CE0.

This. I forgot i was on the direct debit auto scheme and then just as i was thinking 'shall I renew or not', it made the decision for me (that in my heart of hearts i would've done anyway). Have stopped DD for next year.

Relatively affordable, local, competitive football, in a traditional stadium not some horrible bowl, with a great atmosphere, a terrace and without VAR. Genuinely if I was the EFL I'd be running television commercials promoting their product as a VAR free zone. Chuck a few clips of Stroud errors in, crowd going mental at himm tagline "football as it's supposed to be".

The DD is a no-brainer for me. Our ST are relatively cheap and given it is interest free you just get used to the cost. Regards Christian I mean CCJ

Reminds me of the ‘Real Fans, Real Football’ slogan that heralded our arrival in League 1 back in the day. Made me feel so much better.
Season ticket sales. on 11:26 - May 8 with 1605 views | nadera78 | The club say "season ticket sales are up on this time last year" every summer.
Season ticket sales. on 13:35 - May 8 with 1369 views | DWQPR | When it was announced last year that season ticket sales were at record levels I started to check numbers on the seat map. All available seats such as restricted views were still available to begin with and as time went by over the summer these reduced and reduced until a couple of days before the start of the season it gave the impression that all but a few tickets in the upper SAR were still available, the paddocks had sold out. A few hundred remained in the upper Loft with the Lower Loft sold out and only a few tickets remained in the ER stand. And when I say a few I mean a handful. The lower SE had its release of tickets late but certainly a couple of sections were pretty much sold out giving the impression that sales had been easily hit exceeded 15,000. Yet in reality when you saw the empty spaces at some games and the attendances this was much much greater than the reality. So I’d take it all with a pinch of salt.

I think those empty spaces are very much down to Season Ticket Holders who pick & choose the games they attend, Lots of Season Ticket Holders around us miss quite a few home games.

The guy in the row behind us only appeared for 2 home games last season,so that worked out at £155 a game, assuming he an oap.He wasn’t at many the season before either.
