A lot of people are calling for Wills head at the moment but its far too early for that.
He has a massive job on his hands,of course his team selections haven't helped him but hopefully its a learning curve.
We played well enough at Liverpool to hope there is light at the end of the tunnel.
When Liverpool can bring on a 82million player while we bring on a 7 million one(and not a very good one at the the moment) there is only going to be one result.
I liked the look of Edwards,Wood and Quarshie in defence and I would like both Léo Scienza and Robinson to start.
Hopefully we can buy a centre forward in the next transfer window.
Goalkeeper i'm left scratching my head,they both have their weakness's and strengths.

His frustrations about the same players, making pathetic mistakes, we can all identify with. I hope he can turn it around starting with a win Saturday. We need a good performance and result. I agree. We desperately needed a new striker to score goals and a goalkeeper to replace Ramsdale. Sport Republic gave him Damion Downs and George Long. The terrible recruitment is down to Sport Republic and Spors, not Still. Spors is the one who needs to go. There's no point getting rid of Still now, as we know they'll appoint someone worse.

We’ve had Southampton fans rejoicing that we are in The Championship and that there’s no point being in The Premier League.
Well their wish is going to continue as at this present time Southampton FC have no chance of promotion.
The Championship was great last time as we were top 6.
Not so great when you’re bottom 6.

If he is fed up with the same silly mistakes, he needs to have the guts to drop certain names and stay with a lot of them who played so much better at Liverpool. For me, this will tell us if he can be a success. A few fans were saying after the transfer window closed they thought with the squad we had then automatic promotion should be achieved.
A lot of fans said we should be capable of challenging for a play off spot with the squad we have .
Personally I’ve always said we should , on paper be challenging for the playoffs however from the games we’ve played we are no where near a top 6 side , far from it .
In fact we are getting worse not better .
I don’t like Still , didn’t think we should have appointed him but wasn’t surprised given Dragan and co own us .
However I do want Saints to win games and have a good season .
Ultimately the results on the pitch will decide Stills position 2 important games this week and will probably need at least 3 points to keep us out the bottom 3 by the time we play derby next week .
If we are serious about a play off spot push I’d say 6 points is the minimum required from the 3 games . I think someone said after 10 games Martin had 13 points. So we would be there or there abouts . | | | |

The premier league is Shyte can’t stand it . It really wouldn’t bother me if we stayed down for a few seasons and if we ever got new owners who really wanted to take this club forward then really go for it but as I said pointless being in it with owners who won’t spend enough to compete . |  |
