FA Trophy semi 17:18 - Mar 12 with 52258 viewsDaleiLama

According to this

and this

https://spennymoortownfc.co.uk/2025/03/11/ticket-information-rochdale-a/

and the tickets I bought, k.o. is 3pm, but according to this

https://www.thefa.com/competitions/fa-trophy/fixtures

it's 12:30.

I presume (as usual) the FA don't know what's going on but since it is their competition, they ought to?

Can anyone clarify please, as I've got a couple of tickets for people travelling by train to Rochdale?

Up the Dale - NOT for sale!

Its not the greatest of accents though to be fair. We're blessed. McNultys managerial prowess won't be influenced by his accent, neither was Colemans or Danny Begaras.

Aye, but for some, it seems important.

Back to the most important thing - tickets.

There are around 370 tickets left in Pearl Street even after the club released another block. There are only a dozen left in the mainstand - although I think the club might be selling 40/50 seats in block A that are normaally unavailable.

Get your tickets quickly - you don't want to miss it! Remember how you felt when Ben Muirhead scored that winning pen.

I think it should be on Dale player. For £4.99 you can get a full month of games so that would be all except Braintree. You can then cancel it. I use it and the sound quality is decent.

Now less than 300 seats left to buy (not sure about the Sandy) and Spennymoor appear to have sold almost 1000. You know you want to be there!!

Two blocks of the Willbutts Lane Stand are now open and on sale to Dale fans
Limited seats remain in the Main Stand and Smith Metals Family Stand, whilst there are still over 400 tickets available for the Sandy Lane.

This is probably a stupid question but I’ll ask it anyway.

I usually go in Block G of the main stand but could only get two tickets sat together in Block A. Why are the seats in that area coloured orange on the website and not the usual blue like all the other areas of the ground?

I think it's the area where Guests are often seated, or those who have bought hospitality and don't fancy the limited legroom of the comfy seats. A lot of the Exiles were in there last week.

Or it's for people who want to sit near roccydaleian.

Ta, sounds plausible.

It’s been a long term ambition to get a selfie with roccy so I’m looking forward to Saturday even more now.

Really not many seats left this morning.
Main stand 19 seats left near police box. Pearl St stand around 100 mostly near away stand then whatever left in Sandy and the 2 blocks in Wilbutts 👍

Looks like a few more have been sold this morning too, and with sales available until kick off, along with the nice weather forecast hopefully a couple of hundred might turn up on the day! Would be great to exceed 6k, even better if 7k or more turn up in total. Put on a good show and you never know, some might come back. Huge chance for us to impress some first time supporters tomorrow, up the Dale!

Doesn’t seem many sold in the Wilbutts Lane end. Maybe not many folk ain’t aware they are available?

The preparation by the players looked good yesterday, ice baths will really help recovery. High tempo from the first whistle to the last, full use of the subs bench to keep the intensity levels up and that should be enough. The quality of our squad hasn't been in doubt, we have a lot of talented footballers and tomorrow is the day to impress what should be a very good crowd with a fast exciting performance. The season won't be defined by the result tomorrow ( hopefully we win the trophy) but a win is massive and it will set us up nicely for another very important game at Sutton on Tuesday. Promotion this season is still very achievable and that message needs repeating around the Town and on social media to keep the interest levels high and help increase crowds for the remainder of the season.

According to Facebook Spennymoor had sold 822 up to 24 hours ago. Nearly 600 still available in the two blocks for Dale in the Wilbutts.

Surely the end block in the Pearl St could be sold?
Do we really need to leave a whole block empty for segregation in a completely different stand to the away stand?

There are plenty of tickets available to all that want them. There are still 100+ in Pearl Street.

I think the club is planning for what happens with the pay-on-the-day fans. They don't know whether 10 will turn up or 1010. They have opened another block in Wilbutts for away fans and no doubt the police/safety officer wants a gap between the two sets of fans. I agree it is bizarre as Spennymoor Town don't even have segregation at their ground and they don't have any trouble. Maybe the club is still struggling with the small number of idiots we still have that can't help themselves.

There are another 1000 or so seats available in Wilbutts for Daleys too so there will be room for everybody

I thought that the plan was for the lads from the Sandy to occupy that end block as a prelude to moving there permanently next season?
