If they'd disallowed that try - Jac would have become the new David Beckham. 😂

Absolutely nothing wrong with that bind at the end. He was low and on his feet. I don't think there was any head connection .
Just the Aussies trying it on. Fair play to the Aussies though they played well , especially the first half.

If that was Aus v Wales I am not convinced that the decision would have gone our way. Justice in the end, always prefer to see the side who scores the most tries win. 5-3 better side (just) won

That was an exciting game, nice clean out by Jac which is the norm for an openside would have been an injustice if the try had been disallowed because of that, still in no doubt The Blacks and the South Africans would be to strong for this Lions team mind you.

What an advert for Rugby Union this game was, it was a superb game, the Aussies eventually undone by the Lions physicality in the set piece and in the rucks and mauls etc, which give them the platform to attack at pace which the Aussies couldn't defend, as for Jac he was his usual immense self when he got on.

Carlo Tizzano….poor man’s Andy Haden in my view.
Ronaldo would have been proud of his performance. Embarrassing.

I was surprised that Lions try at the end was allowed to stand.

Could have been deemed a shoulder charge regardless of where it hit him (not sure exactly).
To save time I looked on Green and Gold as I knew they would have the relevant laws on there because they would have felt hard done by and they did and it could easily have been deemed foul play, what surprised me was by awarding the try the ref gave the Lions the win, lots of top refs would not have given somebody the win if there was doubt, there
again I read that is what happened in favour of the England
womens football team in their last match, so perhaps refs
these days are prepared to put their heads on the bloke which would be different to the norm.

Absolute rubbish. You’ve been taken in by the Aussie whingers. It must disappoint you immensely and for that reason I’m even more delighted WE won.

I would have thought Trampie would have been defending the Welsh player, particularly when he did nothing wrong.

And that should be the final word on the incident. There's those who understand rugby and those who don't.

The rules have changed, the game has gone soft, those old players would say it was OK, if I was in charge I would say it was OK, but with player safety this and that I was surprised they allowed the try to stand.

I don't like playing with the English, Irish and Scots, they are rivals, playing alongside them whats that all about.
Going to a game and sitting next to an English person or an Irish person and cheering for the same side, no, not for me.

Yes, you strike me as being a bit narrow minded I must say.

Sport is tribal, playing with Ruperts and Paddies for the same team, do me a favour, I'm not feeling it, they are rivals.
