I think we are in for a good season if not it's not for the lack of trying.
I think we will get a striker no idea who but I trust the recruitment team to find one.
Cullen is the best of the 3 at the moment that's what Sheehan said and I agree.
Not a happy clapper like you think I am if I am not happy will say but the new owners are doing a good job getting a good side together to give us hope.

We appear to be shipping out, hence, obliterating any strength in depth. And, astonishingly, now may be looking at utilising our current strikers as opposed to bringing anyone in. Jesus, we need two not just one. Wales, untried, young, who knows ? Cullen, well he runs and moans a lot and Vip, Derby was his swansong.
Bang, for me, goes any chance of success this season. Perhaps they'll surprise me and bring one in. Doubt it, been here too many times before. Perhaps we'll eek out loads of one nils with a goal from a CB or something. I'm just sick of all the false promises that come year after year. You can't really think that our excellent transfer window would be ruined without a striker and that we've been here before.
Yes, we need a striker (and we will sign one I'm sure) but you must have a short memory if you think this transfer window has the chance of being a poor one.

10 days of the window left is anyone leaving? I would say Cooper, Congreve, Cotterell and Ginnelly are strong possibilities considering who has come in. Plus Vipotnik if we do get two forwards in. I wouldn't rule out Fisher if anyone will cover his wages. |
